sometimes, successful manifestations don’t elicit any feelings, especially for those with depression. don’t try to force yourself to feel for a manifestation. sometimes, it’s really not that deep. and if you don’t feel as deeply when manifesting as others do, don’t doubt yourself. you’re doing great!!

even if that one time you manifested fast and successfully happened to be while you were happy or regulated or confident, you DONT have to be happy or regulated or confident to do it again. YOUR FEELINGS DONT MATTER (in the sense that they don’t affect anything, pls care for urself lmao). they are a part of the 3D, not YOU. YOU are the operant power, not your nervous system. that’s not you. you know the truth. you’ve been picturing it in your head a million times. that is the real reality. stop questioning yourself. stop assuming you’re doing something wrong. you cant do anything wrong because it’s ALL YOU.

sure, maybe being obsessive or scared doesn’t feel good. you should still stop it if you can. but stop desperately trying to convince yourself of anything because that’s exactly what keeps you there. you don’t have to FEEL convinced. if a person has ocd and fully believes that they’ll die if they don’t turn a lock 3 times, do they die if they don’t turn the lock? no! because their disregulated nervous system and behavior is not a part of them, it’s a part of their disregulated nervous system!! you don’t have to put in effort for something you can do without thinking. so relax. or don’t. in the end, you know the truth of your reality.
