The new covers for canis the speaker volumes are so gorgeous!!! The fourth volume is going to be the last one so I’m assuming it’s going to be all three of them on it! I can’t wait for all of the volumes to be released in english. It’s been a long wait (;⌣̀_⌣́)
More pictures from the upcoming 10 Dance movie have been released on the Netflix Japan Twitter! Additional pictures can be found on the actors’ Instagrams and websites writing about this (source). There’s a picture of the Shinyas dancing Latin and smiling onstage! A welcome change since the trailer looks so serious. There’s also a picture of the Shinyas talking at a foot bridge, and one of the few moments Suzuki looks shorter than Sugiki when their actors have the opposite height difference, haha. We also get a proper look at the ladies Fusako and Aki, and they look gorgeous!
Netflix’s 10 Dance comes out 18th of December, less than 3 weeks away!

the david zwirner gallery and the felix gonzalez torres foundation in the smithsonian removed the descriptive plaque for portrait of ross in la by felix gonzalez-torres. the old plaque explained portrait for ross' origins as the artist's partner's aids related death, and replaced it with a plaque with absolutely no information about the piece itself, who ross was, or who gonzalez-torres was either. portrait of ross was also reeranged to lay on the floor long ways instead of in a pile as it typically is situated, and the plaque outside the exhibition FOR GONZALEZ-TORRES omits his sexuality, as well as his aids related death. i'm in utter disbelief
By omitting the tragic story behind Felix González-Torres "Untitled" (Portrait of Ross in L.A.), the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery i

Chapter 42, part 1: 好きにならずにはいられない (Can't Help Falling in Love)
Published online on July 12th, 2024, available to purchase on Comic Days, or rent for ten days on Yanmaga.
Suzuki runs through the streets of Ginza on his way to Sugiki's studio. He thinks about how he needs to see him right away so they can discuss their future together. He enters the building and notices that the first floor is a shop selling dance goods, which he'd never seen before since he's only been there late at night. He passes by the group of elderly students who were seen ogling his sexy magazine ad in an earlier chapter. The women blush and sweat, as the husband of one of them faints. Suzuki heads to the classroom, where Sugiki and his mother are giving instruction. Sugiki looks stunned as he catches sight of him, and the two focus intensely on each other, visualized by the other characters blurring into the background.
Fusako sees Suzuki and happily runs up to him, grabbing his hand and thinking that she's missed him. He appears to hear her unspoken communication and thinks back, "Me, too," before giving her a playful tap and turning his attention back to Sugiki. He states that he needs to talk to him, to which Sugiki replies that he's giving a lesson right now, and is pretty booked up for the rest of the day. Unfazed, Suzuki says he'll wait until he's finished. Sugiki sighs and says that someone canceled their lesson later on, so he'll come see him during that time. Suzuki says that he'll be outside and leaves the buidling, staring up at Sugiki's classroom as he waits.
As he continues giving lessons, Sugiki is distracted by thoughts about what might be happening. He wonders what Suzuki could have come here to say to him after he previously told him things were over between them and they promised to not see each other anymore. He thinks of the day they called things off, when Suzuki stated that Sugiki's obsession with him was not love, and Sugiki realized he was not the god he had imagined him to be. Even so, his yearning still remains, and he doesn't think he could handle being rejected by Suzuki again. He wonders if he himself might have changed a bit, and if he's capable of seeing Suzuki for his true self now.
Sugiki finally gets a chance to leave the classroom. He cracks open the main door and accuses Suzuki of being selfish, complaining that he's had to stop himself from coming to see him this whole time. Slightly intimidated by his attitude, Suzuki asks him to come outside. Once they're together on the sidewalk, Suzuki bows his head and says, "Please be mine." He pleads and says that he'll do anything, even be the god Sugiki saw in him, and merge into one single being with him as he wished.
A recent meme that inspired me to make a 10 Dance version. When will the Shinyas stop making us (and themselves) hurt...but at the same time, we love them and want more people to read their story.
