I'm a little curious about Oleander! It was mentioned that Oleander typically practices non-monogamy via casual hook ups. But the scene from in game at (Little spoilers for Ch.2) Mouse Hole during the conversation where it's revealed that Oleander was considering Vesper's opinion in his private life. Does that mean Oleander considers all his casual hook-up partners preferences or is Vesper special?

Oleander only gives the line about wanting Vesper's opinion at higher affection, so it's like, one part Vesper being special and one part him just flirting.

Hellooo!! I love obscura sm, I got very hyped to make an vespersona although just curious does.. Do the marketplace Avians (aka bird ppl) or Snakefolks?

Since non-human sapient beings are both very rare and very shy of humans, there are definitely no avians or sneople (snake people) in the marketplace, no. If there are non-human beings down in the market, they are not there voluntarily, and you can probably put the pieces together on that.

As for the wider Obscuraworld... eh? Beyond the fact that non-human beings exist in the world, we're not particularly focused on that sort worldbuilding. Using iceberg theory for a second, if things like Griff's sex life or the whole history of the lunar religion under the mountain are more or less underwater, informing the world without being shown explicitly, then worldbuilding about non-human beings is like making a second all-underwater iceberg. It is just not relevant to the story being told.

That said:

We're not using that space for anything, so feel free to run wild! As always, we're not here to set rules about how you play with Obscuraworld, just setting expectations about what we're doing with it. Do as you will, and have fun!
