Hi! My name is McKenna but friends usually shorten it to mckan which is just fine by me! I’ve been drawing for a few years now and just recently gained the confidence to post my art.
About Me:
born and raised in Florida (gross)
have a BFA in Game Design
no I cannot program, code makes me cry ;;
I focus on narrative design, scripting, basically anything else
just graduated so now I’m in limbo until I get a job (hopefully soon)
My Interests:
I of course love video games, most recently Witcher 3, and I’ve been playing FFXIV for a lil over a year now and love it
though I’m behind on the story, I like FGO, especially for many of the character designs. It fuels my love of history in the weirdest way
I’m a fan of Game of Thrones / A Song of Ice and Fire; of course we don’t speak of any season past S6, and I’m currently catching up on the books (I’m on A Feast For Crows but know a lot of the happenings in A Dance With Dragons)
I’m a slut for the High Fantasy genre, especially blonde lady knights. Even before i watched/played the Fate/Stay Night series I loved Arturia the moment I saw her
I’m in and out of the Fire Emblem fandom; Fire Emblem: Awakening was very impactful on 14/15 year old me and to this day Chrobin (any gender) makes my heart hurt. Now Three Houses owns my bi ass bc Dimitri and Edelgard are on either sides of my type spectrum
I’ve been playing DnD with my closest friends for the past 4 years and it’s made them the best 4 years of my life. Almost all my OCs originate from DnD and I love them
