When I was 14, a friend from school showed up to my house asking to use the bathroom. I was home alone and let him in. He came out moments later revealing himself to me and forced me to touch him. I was young an scare and just obliged. He tried to get me to give him oral but someone came home.

Over the next couple weeks, he came over a few more times. He would touch my breasts and put my hands down his pants. 

The last time it happened he pinned me down on my couch and tried to rape me. 

I didn't let him. I punched, kicked and scratched him until he got off of me.

A little piece of me died back then. 

I need feminism because I shouldn't have had to feel like I wasn't strong enough to say no.
