I can’t be the only one who doesn’t like orange flavored stuff
Can someone help me with a protection jar spell? I don’t have a lot of stuff. I have moon water, rain water, black salt, dirt, rose thorns and rose petals. I don’t have crystals and currently that’s my problem.
This is actually phenomenal😂👍🏻👍🏻

🐾Get Familiar with Familiars🐾
🐈⬛ What is a familiar? 🐈⬛
The Oxford dictionary defines a familiar as “a demon supposedly attending and obeying a witch, often said to assume the form of an animal.” During the witch hunts, familiars were believed to be given to witches by the devil. The most common animals that were deemed familiars were black cats, dogs, toads, and other small animals. In medieval European folklore, familiars were described as supernatural entities that assist witches in their magical practices. Contemporarily, many consider them to be animals they feel a spiritual connection to. In Scandinavian countries, familiars are associated with spirits of nature. They see them as fairies, dwarves, and other elementals inhabiting the bodies of animals. In shamanistic practices, familiars are thought forms or spiritual entities. They aren’t physical beings at all! They travel astrally and serve as magical guardians.
🐕 Is your pet a familiar? 🐕 To start, not everyone needs a familiar. Some may not even want a familiar and that is okay. Everyone has their own unique path to follow. If it aligns with your path, your familiar will find you when the time is right. Your paths are likely to cross unexpectedly. You’ll feel the soul connection immediately and posses an inherent understanding of one another. They may enhance your energy during magical work and be eager to get involved. They also could be fearless against the elements. You may seem to be able to telepathically communicate with them as well. This is not a definitive list of criteria to determine if your pet is a familiar, merely commonly recognized traits.
🦎 How do you find your familiar? 🦎 If you want a familiar and already have a pet, try to enhance the psychic connection you have with your furry friend. If you unexpectedly are drawn to a stray, the psychic connection may already exist. Be sure to rule out any mundane reasons for your paths to cross first though. Consider the season and environment around you. Is this encounter out of the ordinary? If you would like to draw in an animal familiar, one method is to meditate and visualize meeting your animal companion.
Witches & Words: Deities
Language is more than a powerful tool; it is power itself. Every word has meaning and intent, and is spoken by willpower and action. Witches understand the power involved in communicating. This is a series about how to properly communicate with different entities.
Introductions:
Stay calm. Deities do not want to work with people who are not respectful of their Divity and power.
Be truthful and stick to your values. Do not lie about your name, experience, or values to a Deity. Unlike some entities where it is useful to never offer your true name, Deities demand a certain level of respect and honesty. You don’t want to anger Them.
Don’t make promises upon meeting. You can invoke, make offerings to, pray to, worship, and/or involve in a ritual a Deity without being devoted to that Deity. Devoting yourself to a Deity is a big decision that has a serious level of commitment, and you should never make a promise to a Deity that you can’t keep.
Ask what name you may call Them by! This is key because They may offer you a symbol or name to call Them by and invoke Them with.
Conversation:
Ask questions! Prepare a list of questions to ask. Nothing life-altering at first, just simple things. Ask Them how long they have been in your life, if They would appreciate an offering (and if so, what), or even if They could tell you a story.
Be respectful and receptive of answers. If a Deity doesn’t give you the answer you wanted, or even refuses to answer, respect that. Don’t try to push them to give you a different answer.
Be clear about your expectations. Be sure to clearly communicate what you need and want out of a possible relationship with the Deity.
Be respectful of the Deity’s time. If the Deity needs or wants to leave, let them.
Goodbye:
Thank the Deity for their time, knowledge, answers, etc.. Deities thrive with praise!
Say a clear goodbye! This is very important! Communicate that you are ending the conversation, and suggest a time or way that you may contact each other again.
After:
Make a small offering to the Deity. Don’t offer anything big; burning a few herbs or even the light of a candle would work fine. Just offer something to show your appreciation for the Deity.
Cleanse! Cleanse your altar, tarot, crystals, or whatever you used to contact the Deity. You don’t want the energy of that visit to interfere with future rituals or spells.
Watch for signs. A Deity may send signs after communication that they are there, so be alert!

Homemade Rose Water
not only does rose water smell amazing, it is also great to use in your beauty routine. it is a hydrating & effective face toner and makes skin dewy & soft. it has a pretty expensive price tag, so making it yourself can help save you some money. you could just boil rose petals with water then strain and use that, but this way yields a more pure & potent product.
its preferable to use roses from a garden, but if you can’t, be sure to spray them with distilled white vinegar and let them soak in water. rinse thoroughly. crush & bruise petals to release some of their oils & scent. you can also use dried rose petals if you’d like.
place a heavy heat safe bowl inside a pot. put the rose petals in the pot around the bowl & cover petals with distilled or filtered water. the water should come halfway up the sides of the bowl. don’t get any water inside the bowl, just around it.
take the pot’s lid and flip it upside down- then place it on top of pot. turn stove to medium-high heat and cook petals a few minutes till they dull in color like shown in the picture.
turn the stove to medium-low heat. take ice cubes and place on top of the upside down lid. (the rose water rises to the top of the pot and leaves condensation on the inside-out lid. the ice cools the lid down so the condensation drips into the bowl in the pot, creating your pure rose water.)
as the ice melts, use a ladle to remove the melted water so it doesn’t spill over. then keep adding more ice. repeat the process a few times- this will take around 30 minutes.
when done, remove bowl from pot and allow to cool. the water that has collected in the bowl is your rose water. store in a tightly covered glass jar in the fridge for 1-2 weeks, or freeze. optional- add in some drops of lavender oil & witch hazel.
take a cotton ball and rub on face & neck after you wash your face or whenever it needs a boost. it helps cleanse impurities, close pores and really does make your skin glow. it’s nice in the summer especially. you can also add some to your hair conditioner, body wash or lotion.
