🤎 How to include your fictional caregiver in your daily life (without AI!) 🤎

- Create an OC for your fictional caregiver's series/universe. Give them lore!

- Create moodboards of your fictional caregiver and what you'd like to do together.

- Plan a day or trip you'd like to go on with them!

- What are your character's best values? Try and use them as inspiration to make them proud! Example: if your caregiver is very disciplined, think of how pleased they'd be to see you take care of yourself!

- If there are meals they like, try cooking them for yourself. Who knows, they might even introduce you to your new favourite dish.

- Create a scrapbook for them, including your artwork, favourite quotes of theirs, etc.

- Use the Finch app and name your bird after your character, so you get notifications from them throughout the day, reminding you to take care of yourself.

- Make a playlist of songs that remind you of them, or would remind them of you.

- Find a colour, article of clothing or accessory that reminds you of them and 'borrow it' on days where you need extra support.

- Buy a small plush of them, or one that reminds you of them. Bring them out in your bag or pocket, dress them up, take photos of them... the possibilities are endless!

- Commission artwork, fanfics or comfort character letters.

- Have them be your inner monologue when you need a little extra support. Having a bad day? What would your caregiver tell you to cheer you up?

- Find an ask account of your character here on Tumblr and say hello (just make sure you know their boundaries!)

I hope these help, and remember, your fictional caregiver loves you and is so proud of you! 🐾

Swatch and Swatchlings def made sure he was ok while queen was out looking for Noelle. Berdly happy flaps whenever someone wants to play with him. Hes a gamer on all accounts no matter the headspace

Regressor Berdly Headcanons!

Inspired by @kris-cross-apple-rock 's post, Berdly is absolutely a little

Also! Berdly is trans for me, doesn't matter which way but it's true; in this case transmasc!

- His small age is somewhere between 4-8, but he rarely is at the younger end. Usually he has the vibe and energy of an annoying little sibling. He regressed when he spent time with Queen, she wasn't cut out to be his caretaker back then though, therefore his frustration piled up and resulted in some of his behaviors in Chapter 2🤷

- Doesn't have one "official" caregiver, but he definitely admires Susie more and follows her like a duckling. Noelle had to intrevene a few times because Berdly will try to eat everything just like Susie does, only his stomach isn't suited for this kind of diet

- Above all, he needs to feel noticed and included, poor thing's got self-esteem issues. He wants to prove himself all the time, so - when, for example, they're doing their homework together - Kris and Noelle pretend to not understand the assignment just so Berdly can "help"

- Same goes for when they have a playdate, only this time he usually struggles with dysphoria. Therefore he often pretends to be a knight, a dad... or a gamer boy, though in this case he doesn't have to pretend

- His coordination isn't as good when he's small, so he prefers cozy games such as Minecraft in Creative Mode. Sometimes Kris uses the Asriel Trick (TM) on him with the fake controller. So far Berdly is none the wiser (Susie falls for this too)
