• splash around in puddles!! (make sure there aren’t any critters in them like tadpoles !!)

• have a disney movie marathon!! be sure to bring your stuffies along! i’m sure they’d love to watch too! you can also get a few yummy snacks!

• indoor camping!! make a blanket fort n take some stuffies with you! play games, color, n do other fun things!!

• take a nap! rain is so nice in calming!! you may feel relaxed afterwards! (set an alarm if you’re afraid of napping for too long!)

• pretend you’re a weather person! sit your stuffies up and pretend you’re on the weather channel!! you can even draw up a map n everything! ^^

• bake something yummy!! whether it’s cookies, cake, pie, or brownies, it’s always nice to have a tasty treat on a rainy day!

• paint! you can paint a picture of you, your stuffies, your favorite thing, the outdoors, etc!! anything you want!!

• clean all your small gear! it’s important to keep your things clean so you don’t get sick!!

• have a bubble bath!! get some bath toys too! listen to your favorite songs n relax for a bit! ^^

• make a paper boat!! decorate it how you want, n then put it to sail in a puddle! (be sure not to leave it outside when you’re done!)

🍼 Having Agere Block 🍼

i’ve been getting lots of questions about dealing with agere block! i understand it’s different for everyone, but i’m going to say what helps me, and perhaps you can try it if agere block is somethin you experience! you know how you technically have to pretend to sleep before you actually fall asleep? that’s how i think about regressing when i can’t! i gotta pretend to regress and eventually, i will! so here’s what i do!

first thing is first! it’s time to find a comfy place!! clean up a small area for you to regress! maybe on your bed or on a rug with some blankets or pillows! (or you can build a fort!!!) wherever you’re comfy! <3

now to get into some comfy clothes! if i’m rlly trying hard to regress, i’ll put on a diap n onesie! maybe some fuzzy socks! big hoodies are great too! or oversized shirts! ^u^

then it’s time to get some yummy snacks! if you have a bottle or sippy, fill it up! milk, juice, tea, water, whatever you like! n get some snacks! good ones are teddy grahams, cookies, macaroni cups, or some fruit!

after that, if you have a paci or teether, bring it along!! get some crayons n a coloring book! blocks or other toys if you have some!!

now you’re ready to have some baby time! relax and put on your favorite cartoon or movie! enjoy your snack while you color n watch cartoons! don’t think about big things!! and if you can only regress for a certain amount of time (like if you have something you absolutely need to do later), set a timer! then when it goes off, you can start being big while you clean up! i hope this helps a little!! <33

-“i see…” for every color of the rainbow, draw something you see! (ex: if you see a fire truck, then draw it in red! next, find something orange to draw!)

-“best baby meal!” draw a circle! this will be your plate!! cut out some pictures of food from a magazine and glue them on the plate!! (or just draw your own food!!)

-“favorite little movies!” draw a tv with your favorite movie playing! then make a list of all your other favorite movies to watch when small!

-“:(“ not feeling great? write about what’s making you upset! (it’s okay if it’s something “small” like your shoes being untied!!) or list all the things that would make you feel better!!

-“care bear stare!!” draw yourself as a care bear!! what color would you be? what will your tummy symbol look like? what would be your name?

-“weather baby!” you’re the weather person!! draw the forecast for today!! (can be the real forecast, or completely made up!! maybe cotton candy clouds and chocolate milk rain! xD)

-“my favorite animal!” draw your favorite animal and give a few fun facts about them!!

-“hair salon!” draw a person and glue strips of paper to make their hair! (be sure to let it dry before closing your journal!!)

-“nail salon!” trace your hand on the paper, and “paint” your nails!! (color them any color you want! add glitter, stickers, etc!!)

-“safari!” draw you and your stuffie exploring a jungle! what animals do you both see?
