Current Fear Foods off the top of my head
Butter, oil (except v small quantities), pastries/muffins/similar/most baked goods tbh, any drink with sugar basically, cheese, cereal OMG CEREAL, restaurant food that doesn't have calories listed DON'T GET ME STARTE-, most sauces/condiments, just about anything sugary, everything to do with starbucks, full servings of beans, salmon, nuts, did I say cheese-

get sugar free hard candy. I use werthers original sugar free coffee flavored ones. then put it in ur mouth after ur last (or only in my case) meal and do not chew it. it's like dessert but for (for this candy) 8 calories
