Don't think I'd ever seen this photo before, found it among my dad's stuff during a recent clear out. Where or when it was taken I have no idea but I look around age nine. A rare picture of me wearing khaki shorts in place of my usual school grey ones.

On holiday age ten

First snow of the winter here and I'm out in shorts as usual.

I was in the scouts briefly but never in the cubs. However the old Wolf cub uniform is one of my favourites. Worn it to a few 1940's events and not bothered to change before driving home.
