Klaus: I just don’t want you to get hurt, love. You know how much I care about you.

Y/N: I know. And he is just a friend. I am not attracted to him in any other way. I will be careful with his friendship as well. I promise you. *you say in a sweet voice, trying to hide your disappointment, that he didn’t was jealous at all*

Klaus: It is good to know. *smiles warmly and kisses your forehead. Deeply inside being relieved that you have no romantic feelings for that lad*

“Kol, it tickles.” You giggle as he softly kisses your neck.

As he smiles his gentle kisses moves to your shoulder. You let out a quiet moan and grip his sides. He chuckles and finds your lips.

“Kol, we are going to be late.” You groan but didn’t want him to stop.

“We can be a little bit late, no?” Whispers in your ear seductively.

“Elijah will kill us if we are late AGAIN.” You say in a shaky voice. The way he does things to you makes you shiver with pleasure. Always. Though it used to be time, when your heart belonged to someone else. But he never felt the same about you and then Kol showed up. With his charming smile and restless approaching’s. He never gave up on trying to get you even after all ‘NO’ he heard from you. Slowly he stole your heart and now you couldn’t be happier.

“He will understand.” Breathes out into your ear.

“Not this time.” You giggle and even if you don’t want to, you gently push him away.

He quietly groans and steps away from you.

“Okay. You win this time. But when we come back, there is no way you are escaping, love.” Smirks and sends shivers down your spine from the burning look in his eyes.

“Cannot wait.” You giggle at his remark and wink at him. “Now let’s go. I promised Hayley that we will be there on time.

Everyone had fun. This summer party was full of laughter and smiles. You too, were having a blast with your new family when suddenly your phone rang. It was Damon.

“I am listening.” You say in sharp voice. After you started going out with Kol, your relationships with everyone else got colder. They didn’t fancy you being close with Mikaelsons.

“Something came up. We need your help. It is urgent.” He said in a tense tone.

“How urgent?” You asked while looking at smiling faces around you, scanning for Kol.

“Someone might be dying urgent.”

“What happened?” You started to worry. Even if you are not as close as you were before you still cared about everyone deeply.

“Someone got bitten by werewolf.”

“Who?” You started to tense up.

“That might be me.” You hear him silently groan in pain.

You breath out heavily. Now you feel extremely lucky to be liked by Klaus as his younger sister.

“Be there as soon as possible.” You say as you head to Nic.

After giving hybrid’s blood to Damon, you did not think that you are going to meet this person here. As much as you knew, he did not get along with the gang. But here he was. Sitting in Salvatore’s living room.

“Y/N, long time no see.” Smiles at you adorably, but it doesn’t move your heart as it used to.

“I know. How have you been?” You force a smile. It felt kind of uncomfortable to be around him now. And Kol was waiting in a car. You didn’t want him to meet Kai.

“I am not that well.” Says as he stands up from the couch and heads towards you. He gently places his palm on your cheek. You lower your eyes, not being able to look him in the eye.

“Did something happen?” You ask as you try to escape his touch, but instead of letting go of you, he pulls you in closer.

“I miss you. I miss you so much.” He leans in and presses his forehead against yours.

“Please, Kai. Don’t do this.” You whisper. It starts to be harder to breath.

“I have to say it.” He kisses your forehead. “I only understood my feelings when you left Mystic Falls. I love you, Y/N. I love you more then you could imagine. And I know you are with that vamp now, but only if you would just give me a chance…”

“Kai, you are too late. I am in love with Kol, and I could not hurt him in any way. It is too late for us.” Your voice shakes as you speak. You never thought you are going to hear a love confession from his lips. “Please don’t make it harder for us. Just let me go.” You say quietly as you push him away.

“Is there really no love left for me in your heart?” He sounds heartbroken. You wanted to console him, but that would have made it even harder to leave him like that.

You didn’t know what to say. Words got stuck in your throat. You didn’t want to hurt him more than he is already hurting.

“Y/N, it’s time to go.” You heard a stiff voice behind you. It was Kol.

“Yes.” You nod and when he spreads his arms for you to come, you almost run into his hug. He kisses your head and after giving Kai a death glare takes you to the car.

“I want to snap his neck.” Whispers under his breath while driving back to New Orleans.

“Please don’t.” You breathe out heavily as you close your eyes.

“I really want to, though.” He grins and gives you a quick glance.

“There is no need for that.” You shake your head.

“Are you sure about that?” Kol grits his teeth.

You make him stop the car.

“Kol. I am in love with you. You have nothing to worry about.” You gently touch his face with your fingertips.

He presses your palm against his cheek and closes his eyes.

“I know. But I still don’t like him saying those things to you. You are mine. He had his chance, and he blew it. You moved on.”

You smile at his words and gently place your lips on his.

“That is true. I am yours now.” You whisper into his lips.

He smiles brightly and hugs you strongly. You are happy and in love. Nothing can change that. Even a guy that you thought you will never stop loving. Kol proved you, that there can be happy love, not only the one, full of frustration and pain. Now you know that he is truly the only one for you.

Kol: Y/N, you promised you will spend the day with me! *furrows his eyebrows*

Kai: So? She will be spending the day with you. I will just tag along to make sure you are not trying to pull off something strange. *smirks and looks at you happily* Where are we going?

Kol: You are staying here. She promised to spend time with me. Alone. *starts to sound irritated*

Y/N: Well. To be honest, I did not promise that we will be alone. *you trail and look at the door, waiting for HIM to show up*

Kai: So, there is no harm for me to go with you. *smiles cheerfully*

Y/N: I guess it’s ok. *you shrug your shoulders and at the exact same time your front door opens*

Klaus: Hello, love. Ready to go? *flashes you with irresistible smile*

Kai and Kol: Y/N! Explain this! *both confused shouts in sync*

Y/N: Well, you see…

Klaus: I think it would be the best to leave these kids and go by ourselves. *smirks*

He pushes you gently through the door and leaves Kai with Kol behind, confused. Things did not go as you planned. Hopefully you will not get in trouble for this.

Everyone hates him and he hates everyone. Except for you. You two felt chemistry since the first time you saw each other. And now, you were in his room. Naked. If your friends would know they would not shut up about it for ages. You pick up your clothes in a rush and decide to leave Kai laying in the bed before he wakes up, because if you would wait for him to open his eyes – you would not leave the bedroom by tomorrow. You blush at your thoughts and give a last glance to that gorgeous human being laying on the bed and leave quickly without saying a word.

Kai watches as you are adoring the fire spell, he just casted to light a fireplace. Eyes sparkling innocently.

Y/N: You know, I still can not believe that magic exists. This is so cool! *laughs and turns to him*

Kai: Oh. I guess I am interrupting something. *smirks as he walks in the room*

Y/N: Whatever. I am leaving. And don’t get in my way, UNCLE Damon. *smiles sarcastically and leaves*

Damon: Don’t even think about it. *warns him*

Kai: I think I just did. I guess things are going to be more interesting from now on. *smiles to himself widely as he walks out of Salvatore mansion*

Damon: No one meant for that to…

Kai: I don’t care for your explanation. You will never know where she is. I will protect her from you all no matter what. She is with me now. *smirks as he leaves Damon speechless in the room*
