Bedouins from South Sinai return to their origins

The Jabaliya tribe - descendants of Romanian soldiers who came to the area in the fifth century - still protect the Monastery of Saint Katherine, even though they converted to Islam in the sixth century South Sinai is safe and sound.

At school today, Sherif El Ghamrawy (The man behind Basata and Basata school) gave a talk about environmental awareness, what it means to recycle and how we can preserve the environment. He also spoke about Hemaya (his environmental NGO) that aims at preserving the environment and developing the local community in South Sinai.

اتكلم  مع الطلاب على فكرة الحفاظ على البيئة، اهمية اعادة تدوير النفايات.. واتكلم عن جمعية حماية اللي بتهتم بالحفاظ على البيئة وتنمية المجتمع المحلي في جنوب سيناء..

النهارده في المدرسة رجوة قررت تبتكر وتبني نموذج مصغّر لمراجيح زي ما انتم شايفين للأولاد، بإستخدام الmaterials المتاحة زي البامبو او الخيزران وبعد كده ثبتته بقاعدة من طين.. 

Today at school, Rajwa decided to be a creative innovator and build a miniature model for swings for the kids in Basata.. she used available materials ..like bamboo sticks and later she made a base with clay

من فرح النهارده..

اول فرح بدوي احضره كان النهارده..  4 عرسان اتجوزوا في الترابين..  زفة في نويبع وتفحيط بالعربيات..  شاي وقهوة على النار في بيت الشَعر على البحر..  فتة اللحمة.. صواريخ ودِحّية.. انا كماجدة انبسطت جدا
