Usually when making an oc aside from the basic question like name, age, hair color,etc. I tend to ask (well “ask”) my ocs a list of questions to give them more character
Questions to ask:

What are your pronouns?
What’s your gender identity?
What’s your sexuality orientation?
What’s your zodiac chart?
Do you have any insecurities (if so what are they)?
What’s your dream career/job?
Are you religious (if so what is your religion)?
What’s your lucky number?
Are you left handed, right handed or ambidextrous?
What’s your favorite color?
Do you have an accent?
What’s your favorite hobby?
Do you play any instruments?
What language(s) do you speak?
Do you own any pets (if so what kind of pet do you own)?
Do you suffer from any disorders (if so what are they)?
What’s your middle name?
Do you prefer baths or showers?
Are you a top, bottom, switch or neither?
Do you have any scars (if so what are they from/ how did you get them)?
Who do you think you sound like?
Do you have any fears/phobias (if so what are they)?
