Hello tenants!
   Today is the day you have all been waiting for: Cheongukâs Second Annual Pool Party and BBQ! We welcome everyone to stop by and hang out on the rooftop instead of the main lobby today (August 29th) to enjoy free food and good company.
   If anyone is available before the party starts, please come up to the roof and help the Concierge set up the party arrangements. The party officially begins at 12:00 PM and will end at 12:00 AM (Midnight EST).
   This is a POT LUCK event, so as a friendly reminder to all tenants who will be in attendance, please remember to bring something to the table. It could be pre-made food, meats and vegetables for the grill, chips or desserts, or even drinks (alcoholic beverages are allowed).
   The landlord has graciously provided us with a small sound system, a kiddie pool for the younger children, âHello my name is ____â tags for tenants to wear, and fireworks. The Concierge will be manning the Grill, provided by the landlord, wearing Minwooâs âGrill Masterâ apron.
   Once again, we warmly welcome everyone to join us for this festive celebration. You are more than welcome to come and leave at any time. Even if you are not the type to engage in such social events, this would be a great opportunity for everyone to meet your neighbors today!

Nova slowed down her pace and pushed up her sunglasses, openly ogling at the scene in front of her. âYaâknow, I was considering walking over to the other side of the street.â She stopped and crossed her arms, frowning slightly at the man. âThis is the kind of weird-ass situation I try to avoid on a daily basis after all. But Iâm in a good mood and you look harmless. Well as harmless as someone in cuffs can be.â She wouldnât normally classify someone locked up in anyway âinnocent.â But this guy did seem seriously confused; and she believed in trying to do at least one good deed a day. As long as it wasnât going to end up with her in cuffs.
She ruffled the hair on the back of her head, eyeing the man and the metal restraining him. Handsome? Debatable. Elf? Extremely questionable. Maybe she should let him stay there. One more look at the parched, desperate face though and she knew better. Maybe he was just one of those guys with really shitty luck. Nova figured it was possible a group of teens could do this to him. At least she was going to get a drink out of this. âWow, for someone so strained youâve sure got a lot of sass for your potential savior.â She visibly took her time, slowly teasing on whether or not sheâd help. Â
Nova stepped around him, pretending to observe the situation. She provided multiple judgmental âtskâsâ, a tap on her lip, and a drawn out shake of the head. She dug into her bag and pulled out a few items in front of him. âI mean Iâd love to help and all. But it looks like all I have here is a bottled water, hand lotion and some really sturdy hair pins and keys,â she wrinkled her nose in mock disappointment. âNah. None of these could possibly be of any use to you huh? I should probably just go.â She tilted her head forward and allowed her sunglasses to fall back into place.

Oh man, sheâs one of those. Immediately Nova began having flashbacks from all the western entertainment she used to watch. Snippets of women iconic in their movies and shows for being the overly-friendly, eager, excited, best-friend-next-door type. The one that brought you pies every day and practically wiped your ass all for the sake of comedic entertainment. Nova furrowed her eyebrows, eyeing the cake and wondering what to do. Ignore the girl? She shook her head slowly, knowing how ridiculous she was being. âItâs like I just said,â she tsked. âComedic entertainment. solely. Nobodyâs actually that obnoxious in real life.â Even if they were; Nova was curt, not cold. Sheâd been raised better than to be ungrateful towards any kind gesture. "Shame on you.â She chastised herself out loud and kicked her shoes off in the doorway. Gently she dropped the cake on the counter and glanced over the note one more time. She stuck it to her fridge and stepped back smiling, arms crossed. Hm.. room #333. Exactly 3 floors down. Youâll see me soon lilâ neighbor.Â
