I’ve been a Simmer since the early days of 2000 or whenever The Sims 1 came out for Mac. I’ve always been obsessed with Sim Stories. I might have ago at my own. This is dedicated just to Sims 1, 2, 3, & 4–and whatever is in between! I have been debating on doing this for a while now.

I don’t play with Mods or CC. I’m in my 30’s. I don’t have time to really edit my screenshots. My life outside of Sims is pretty busy and hectic. So, consider me the “grandma” of it all. 🤣

When I started playing the household--everything is fine. It was cute to see my sim-me's fiancé painting. I am unsure about Sim-me being addicted to The Sims 4 "Love Island". I am not a big fan of it. So, I am shocked she is. But however, later that day:

The sim-me's fiancé lost his job by getting laid off. I was thinking it is a perfect time to start planning a wedding--however I did not realize planning it and having it at the same time was an option. Somehow, I missed the date and time step...

Now it's sim-me and her husband. I am not married in real life. But, now sim-me is. I wasn't personally ready for this to happen today. I was waiting for this to take some time.

It looks like within a week or so, i will be moving them to a different house somewhere--might be their forever house. I am thinking of keeping them in Willow Creek. I am planning on them having kids. I am just waiting on when that will work out with my schedule. I also, just gotten my sim-me's husband started on the comedy entertainment career. Better off to make him famous along with her too.

I like the little house I built for sim-me. It is sad to see her leave it for a bigger house I will build so they can have children. I think Cassandra Goth will be thrilled to find out sim-me will be her neighbor. It was also sim day until I remember to get them rings. Also, their wedding had no cake--or much of anything.

I was unhappy it took like six hours. It was a long time. Ended up a whole bunch of fans of the bride showed up to gossip about her. It was a sad sight. I will get a chance to try another wedding thing again--trust me on that. (Two other sims who are good friends with sim-me and her husband.)

Post wedding fun on a Sunday before getting his comedy career started. He was at their good friend's farm. Just getting an idea about what he wanted in a new house. They know they want a family. He just is tired of not having a proper yard. My sim-me's husband also bonded with their friends horse. Just something I wanted to try.

Something I wanted to try since sim-me felt pent up in the house that day. Have her write in the backyard. When I saw her secretly looking at house and lot listing sites. I have a feeling these two are ready for the move anyways. I think they have been both talking about having children without me even there looking on after them.

Wasn't expecting all this big stuff to happen within the last three to four hours of playing. I was only going to play for a few hours. Nope--now it is is four in the morning. I am just tied of sim-me and her now husband having relationship problems because I am slacking on that end. I just get to focused on making sure they get done what they need to do for work and and around the house. I should be focusing on their relationships too. It is something I used do as a kid too in Sims 1 and 2. However, in Sims 1 you had more time to focus on building and maintaining relationships. I was too busy today for a bit fighting off some of the fairies and what they did to their household--so many plumbing instances--I don't want to see a sim's plumbing break down ever again!

I decided to play the daughter and single mother household for a bit. I finished decorating it--so might as well play it for a bit. Just fun to have a family right next to another family I made. I have somewhat have plans there.

Then it was fun seeing sim-me in the wild. Then I saw that little sim-me was thinking about a broken heart. Made me panic. That sim day, I decided to investigate and plant all the summer plants in the households that are big part of this save too.

Also, it is nice to see sim-me talking to Cassandra Goth. At least she wasn't completely fan girling over sim-me like last time. I think it was nice not to have sim-me not be followed by fans and the cameras. She enjoyed the quiet time in the pottery class.

For some reason my sims was in her formal wear. I had her plant her summer plants in it. I did not realize how close summer was in my personal save. I had to go around to different houses and have them plant plants that were for that season only.

I just like how the light hit this. Forgot how pretty summer evenings where in this game.

I don't know if I forgot this I forgot the dogs can also swim in the pools with them too. I believe it is the same for bigger bodies of water. Just wanted to test that out too for fun.

First banana tree I grew in Sims 4. I had no idea it would take that long. One reason I ended up staying this late--then another thing happened.

Crazy how once something is gone or not working—you consider your relationship with it. I reflected on this regarding Instagram Stories when they were down this morning.

I think I am Addicted to Instagram Stories: It took me them being down to realize this.

I am working on another household before I start filling up the apartment I made last week. This is something I have been thinking about doing for a while now.

I am glad that it just stuck in my head since last night. Just truly, got me through the whole day. A single mother living with her wild teenage daughter. The daughter's room is right next to the basketball hoop. The build is still a work in progress. Got to add in more to the yard. Also, the plants and whatnot. Still debating on should I have a small pond too? I don't have a fence around the yard like I usually do. Another thing I wanted to try too.

I don't have much planned for the yard decorating or in the house decorating. I have ideas, but I need to sit with them more.

Lately at work things have been difficult for me. Mixture of personal stuff too. Just happy I noticed that Mark Owen has put out “new” more his first solo album from 1997 on Apple Music. I also got a chance to download Robbie Williams’s BritPop album too. Has helped me greatly.

Mortimer helping Cassandra out with her homework. Did not realize she is quite the dramatic teenager. It's not an issue. Just never played this household for fun in Sims 4 until now. It's my personal save and not my lore legacy save where there is a plan there.

I had Cassandra join the Chess Club as an after school activity. I have Alexander be in the Scouts. Its strange that Cassandra is not doing good at school as I thought she would. Alexander is excelling--so, that is a good thing.

Poor Alexander went to the park with Cassandra and a bunch of her friends, and his cousin. They played hide and seek. Yes, I now realize while everyone says it's broken. I took them home and thankfully Cassandra did not continue looking for her friends when they went home. It was cute to watch. I had no idea that teenagers could play it too--also, we know that someone is hiding under those boxes that are laying everywhere.

Took the whole family out to Gibbi Point after work, school, and after school activities. They needed some fun. I also wanted to see what certain lots look like on a weekday. In my mind Gibbi Point is off somewhere from the Newcreast area of the Willow Creek area. I feel like it is close by. So, that is why I take most of my sims there in my personal and lore legacy saves.

Speaking of Newcreast neighborhood I am going to start making families to put in that apartment building I made. I think this will take up most of this week. I cannot wait to play that apartment once everything is said and done.

Before I continue on with my Newcreast apartment project and the project of fulling up Newcreast--I see it as a part of Willow Creek. I am going to play with the Goth household. I haven't had a chance to yet in this save. I miss playing them. That is my plan tomorrow. Just to check in with them and hangout with them for a bit.

Just saw some Bella Goth stuff that made realize I don't play this household that much in Sims 4. The only time I regularly (used to) play them was the days back in the Sims 1 days. I use this personal save like I would normally play Sims 1 and Sims 2. So, I feel bad I haven't played them a lot since Sims 1. Sims 2 rarely--if at all played them. The short time I played Sims 3--I might have looked for them or not, can't remember.

Just excited to see what The Sims 4 Goths are like. It seems like Cassandra has some friends. I never really had a chance to meet and fully play Alexander in Sims 2. I am curious to see what the children and their parents get up too. (And excited!!)
