My American and Canadian friends know that certain familiar chains have different, often dumber names in Australia, like Burger King is called Hungry Jack's, etc. So I've been doing this thing where I act like I don't know what Walmart is and and then I make up a name.

Honestly man I kind of love telling able people I used to be a support worker. The response is always ableist but sometimes it's in a surreal and fascinating way.
