kasee quickly walked into the factory, just finishing a shift from work and frankly, smelled of grease and sugary soda. it was quicker to just shower at the factory, especially since she had plans to be there for the evening anyway. she stopped for a glass of water in the kitchen and as she turned, a voice questioned her. looking over her features, it only took a split second to realize who it was. kasee shrugged one shoulder, taking a sip of the water before speaking. “don’t know, really. he’s my friend, i guess.” her tone held a question. “we met before this place opened, had a little thing and i…” she faded off, rolling eyes at herself. “i don’t really like commitment, let’s just put it that way.”

cassie listened to the other girl and nodded slowly. “i’m sure you’ve noticed that my brother falls too easily and too deep. i just don’t want to see him get hurt.” even though she knew that with that kind of attitude, he was bound to have a broken heart here and there. “yeah, commitment scares a lot of people.” herself included. “it’s nice to meet you, though.” she added, smiling.

“just wait ‘till winter,” henry joked, knowing fully well the two of them would be as pale as sheets. she’d always been better at catching a little sun during the summers, henry mostly just got red. “you got it,” he grinned as he turned toward the building he’d spent most of his month of august at. in the short few weeks it had been open to the public, it’d become something of a second home. he pulled the heavy door open, allowing his sister in first before following her inside to the lounge. “this is the lounge, you can just sorta hang out here. honestly i’m usually upstairs, but i’ve crashed here a few times,” he shot her a sheepish smile. he certainly had an apartment he could go home to, but sometimes traveling back to brooklyn after a long day just seemed exhausting.

“maybe we need to get out of new york for the winter to somewhere warm and sunny so i can keep my color.” she chuckled and followed her brother inside. cassie listen to him talking while taking in the space around her. no wonder henry spent so much time there. everything looked very... ‘instagramable’. “you do actually have an apartment, right?” she teased him playfully and jumped on his back. “let’s see the rest.”

cassie i still have a lot of exploring to do BUT cassie the rooftop is so far the place i hung out the most cassie it is hard to pick tho :D

cassie you know, i MIGHT join you cassie not all the time but like cassie who feels like going home when this place is perfect for sleepovers :P

LOCATION factory kitchen TIME 7:16pm

after she decided that her hunger was too strong to wait until going back to her apartment, cassie ordered herself some chinese food to the factory. after tipping the delivery boy, the brunette walked over the kitchen and sat down at the table. her gaze went to her phone a couple of times as if waiting for something while using the chopsticks to eat her dinner. she was about to text someone when the other girl walked in and cassie knew right away who the girl was. henry sent her some pictures while she was in europe. she watched her for a moment before speaking up. “so, what’s up with you and my brother?” the tone of her voice was pretty friendly and curious. @disalvokasee

cassie it does seem like the best place in the city cassie i’m glad its not overpacked though cassie can’t wait to explore it more cassie which part is your favorite?

cassie honestly, if i didn’t like my apartment as much as i do cassie i’d spend a lot more time in the factory cassie which i don’t think is even possible at this point :D cassie i blame henry for this :D
