VERT!

Hello, my name is Vert! I go by a variety of names, but Vert always works!

I'm a 2d artist, animator, and writer! I dabble in both multifandom and oc art, while writing fanfiction on occasion! This is my art blog so I don't really post or reblog much besides my art.

I'm currently hyperfixated on Hatchetfield, but I also like horror games and movies, alongside a few musicals. For more info about myself, check out my strawpage!

Hi hello there!!! my friend was rather curious about vernon's naming and whether or not it was supposed to sound similar to the word vermin,

so i wanted to ask if thats ok!!! :3

Yep, thats partially why his name is Vernon! Its also because hes sort of mousey, small with a prominent tooth gap. When he was younger bullies actually called him Vermin, to make fun of him.

Another reason for his name is that, from my VERY little research, the name Vernon/Vern is associated with alder trees. Alder trees typically grow in wet soil, and resists rotting in water. Because... Wiggly prophet..

So yeah basically Vernon Greenwood is literally just Tree Greenwood. Its funny kinda.
