Unlike Holloway, who experienced a part of the Time War, Wilbur never got involved since by that point the portal incident had already happened. Wiggly let him stay out of it. He also learned of the fall of Gallifrey much earlier than her.

Wilbur in the time lord au is somewhere between 700-900 years old, but I’m leaning towards the lower end of that. He’d already gone through four or five regenerations prior to his current one, which is the one that worked with peip and went through the portal.
