As happy as I was with the overall message of the Barbie movie, I really don’t love how much were glorifying capitalism with buying comfort Barbies and the soon to be Mattel Cinematic Universe. It just is so clearly a cash grab, after one good movie idea made it off the ground. Just because I like a movie that discusses the nuances of womanhood through the lens of a beloved childhood toy, that doesn’t mean I want to be assaulted with ads for Hot Wheels tie in merch when they inevitably make a semi woke racing movie, you know? Let the Barbie movie be what it was, don’t let the studios turn it into capitalism porn like they did with the MCU.

he wrote a huge percentage of guitar parts and was a huge factor into mcr’s success and sound

I think they should let Scooby Doo shows and movies hibernate for a few years.

I'm just saying, when it "died" and came back with Zombie Island, Witch's Ghost, and eventually What's New Scooby Doo, shit was great.

When "Shaggy and Scooby Doo Get A Clue" was bad, eventually the really fun movies like Abracadabra Doo and the series Mystery Inc came out.
