everyone has that one day where you don’t wanna do anything but you don’t know what to do and you think your sad and tired and you just wanna sleep and not think but no!!!!! i’m here to save you from that okay!!! because those days are the goddamn worst!!!! you should love yourself enough to take out a couple of hours from your week and take care of yourself!! you deserve it
this is basically what i do when i’m having a day like that and it makes me feel better you know so i hope you guys manage to turn that day into something good and a word of advice: just because you have nothing to do or you’re by yourself for a night doesn’t mean you have “no friends” or anything okay you are more important than anyone because at the end of the day, you are you and you have feelings and you need to take care of your gorgeous little face okay!!!!! yes good i love you a lot

take a shower, get off your ass right this moment and take a shower. there’s super cute things you can do to have fun while you’re showering like get all the good smelling soap and use them??? really good smelling soap is from here and here ugh i love it so much ok now really put some effort you know, shampoo one time more than you usually do, do some skincare, put some bubbles in a bath and chill like goddamn snoop dog or whatever he’s called now ok if you like smooth skin then shave, if you like smelling nice, wash your body for half an hour until you feel fresh, brush your teeth, feel good before you leave your bathroom!!!!!!
put on the most comfortable thing you own, i always wear black leggings and a really oversized sweater, you can get mine from COS and UOF, but before you do that put on some lotion, body spray, deodorant, perfume, whatever you need, hand lotion, brush your hair and dry it up, wear a beanie, anything you need to do to be comfortable!!! also you can get really nice fuzzy socks from here and here and here

now after that’s done, get your candles, all the goddamn candles in the house, put them in your room, i get my candles from bath & body works, so now put those together and lemme tell you what to do next
ok you ready? you comfortable???? feelin fresh and shit??good okay now if you have a window in your room that’s like as high as your wall or just high enough for you to sit by and look out of then do this next to it and if you don’t, do this on a carpet in the corner, preferably not near your door okay safety children, now grab all your warm blankets (i use like 9) and all the pillows on your bed, your mom’s bed, your brothers bed?? i don’t know just a lot of pillows and throw them around until it looks like you can sit like a chair but you can lay down you know what i mean?
ok now that you’re done with that, set up your candles and your food, and turn off the lights in your room, the candles should give off enough lighting if you’re gonna use a lot, now get your laptop and your iPhone // iPod // whatever you need baby, now go on this website and download whatever movie // tv show you like!!!! anything!!!!! or if you want netflix!!! anything fun to watch!!!! good!!!! if you don’t wanna watch anything then its okayyy!!!! you can:
