Another tip: Coming from a pre-op trans MtF woman, getting hit/kicked in the balls hurt very badly, if you're able too, try to aim there for a punch or kick, if they have you held facing backwards, try headbutting, just straight slam the back or front of your head into theirs, not face, but the Head, if punching or anything like that, aim for the eyes, nose, or sides of the head<3 stay safe out there y'all

the nose is also a huge weak point!! hit from under their nose upwards, kinda like shoving the bridge of their nose towards the brain. that way, their nose will break and you can run away.

if you're shorter than the person, you can try to jump up and grab their hair, then pull them down as hard as you can. you can hit him with your knee if you want to do extra damage. (i advise only doing this if you k ow you're heavy/strong enough to pull them down)
