So we have a really stupid idea that could end very badly.

NEXT WEEKEND WE ARE GOING TO WRITE AND RECORD A NEW ALBUM IN 48 HOURS!

So we're currently in the process of writing a proper new album and as part of that process an idea came up to challenge ourselves to a little exercise in songwriting. So for 48 hours next weekend (6pm Fri 8th - 6pm Sun 10th August) we will be holed up in a barn in Cornwall armed with a few instruments, mics and a cassette 4-track with the aim to come out with an entire new record at the end of it.

We will not be using any pre-written songs, riffs or lyrics and we make no promises about the quality of material that will be produced but at the very least we hope to come out of this with 20 minutes+ of new music.

If you want to hear the outcome we will be putting up a pre-order for tape and digital releases for the same 48 hours we are recording. It will only be available for these 48 hours, ever! We will be copying as many tapes as are ordered and the digital version will be unavailable after 6pm on Sunday 10th August (if you buy it we would appreciate you respecting our wishes and not making it publicly available).

The tape or digital download will cost a £3 minimum donation.

We're aiming to get this entire project completed as soon as possible. Expect the digital download around a week after recording and tapes 2-3 weeks after.
