What if HW!Apo is the reincarnation of Outsiders!Apo and all the twisted parts of her that were torn apart when Owen killed her?

O!Apo didn't deserve the end they were given. They were so close to going home and Owen killed them. All because they were a demon.

HW!Apo, well...she's a mystery, isn't she? She was close with Viking, but no one else believed she existed, all because of her horns. "People don't have horns," they said, "you're making things up." Viking was entirely alone in his grief when she went missing. And when they returned, they were twisted and broken, a hundred voices of all the ones who've died to the winter speaking through them.

She was cold.

They tried to kill Viking on that rooftop, tried to cut him open with their scythe, and they would have succeeded if Drift hadn't have have interfered. In her rage, she tried to kill the person she once called her best friend.

Feels awfully familiar to o!Owen killing his best friend in a place with seemingly no escape using a weapon that would come to symbolize death, no? Only Owen would find his end in fire, and Apo would find hers in ice.

Oh yeah hw!Apo also lured Viking and Drift to the water that one time to try to get them to join her. Just like o!Owen lured o!Krow to the maze to try to kill it. Huh.
