Quick little rant about rping on tumblr

Running rp blogs can be so fucking tiring sometimes cause there are people who show up and have no respect for the universe you’ve built and clearly haven’t spent even a second looking at some of your previous posts or your pinned info

And if it’s not that it’s alway the same 5 asks over and over again which are unfunny or just slop that I can’t reply to with any interest while staying in character obviously a funny ask now and again is great and I sometimes will set up for one to be made but when it’s repeated so much it’s not

Part of the reason I took a massive break other then getting a new hyper fixation was just running out of patience for it and I feel bad when i disappear or don’t always answer but sometimes I just can’t bring myself to continue

Also someone with a character I ship with the character I’m playing kept showing up even tho they had a dni on shipping with their character and I’d given them warning if they want to be in the same universe I ship them both and don’t want to stop shipping them in my universe because it’s on of my favourite ships and before they even made the account I had posts about the ship

Tho the way I see them is that a few generations back an alien species got involved so he’s not full human (like many on earth at the time) so while he has traits of the species they’re not particularly prominent or strong so they’re mostly just for show

Theres something to be said about how people shipping the three antagonists together treat Dinah, but I don't think i have quite the words for it to explain without people getting really defensive.

But something something the canon straight pairing getting the way of the gay ship so they keep finding convoluted ways/reasons to get rid of the girl
