After a week long stint at the Apollo Theatre in London, Idina Menzel blew everyone away at her last show on Sunday October 14th.

It would not be an understatement to say that she killed it last night with her flawless vocals, charisma and humour. 

I think everyone there is hoping Idina does not wait another year to come back and perform in the UK.

Tonight Alive headlines first London gig!

200 people packed into Camden's Barfly to witness one of the hottest bands at the moment perform in London! The heart of London’s punk rock scene was the perfect place for Tonight Alive to end their first headlining UK tour.

Eject Eject Eject! That indicates the start of what I would consider one of the best shows I have been to. Once the band gets on stage the atmosphere was electric, and the place did not stop buzzing until the very last song!  

From 'Starlight' to  'Let it Land'  to my personal favorite, 'Amelia' Tonight Alive were on fire! The guys of the band (Cam, Jake, Whakaio and Matt) bought their A game at last nights show, with stellar guitar solos, bass lines, and banging drum beats everything was on par. And Jenna, what a little firecracker! She provided the audience with some pretty insane vocals, the perfect smile, and dance moves that could give Usher a run for his money. 

 One thing I love to see at shows is how Bands and artists interact with the crowd.  That was something Tonight Alive didn't shy away from which was brilliant as it, in my opinion, made the show more fun and definitely entertaining. Yes I did get a giggle out of some of the crowd running round in circle, looking like an idiot during a cover of 'Little Lion Man' because Jenna said so. 

There’s no doubt that this 5 piece band are the next big thing, so be sure to grab their album ‘What Are You So Scared Of’ in stores across the UK now!

'Just hold on, I will lead you home.'

Say hello to The Glass Child, aka Charlotte Eriksson!

The Glass Child is a swedish singer/songwriter now residing in the UK doing what she does best, and what has made her that one artist you can listen to over and over again. 

Charlotte does do some amazing covers on Youtube (Theres a brilliant Britney Spears 'Born To Make You Happy' one), but that's not all! She wrote a song called 'I'll Never Tell' to raise awareness of Domestic abuse and mental illness. The Emotional, heartbreaking and realistic lyrics are what make this such a wonderful song, and the video adds to the emotion.

Another one of her covers that has to be mentioned is a song by Counting Crows called 'Round Here'. It is undoubtedly the most beautiful version of it I have ever heard. With so much emotion and conviction it's not out of the ordinary to believe she wrote it herself. Not only through this song, but through some of her original work as well, we can see how hard she has had to work and struggle to make it to where she is now.

I wholeheartedly believe that she is one of the most underrated artists around, and you will be seeing a lot of her in the near future.
