What does serving time in maximum security look like at f22?
Maximum security at F22 is served in a barred cell in a pod of two identical cells. Your world consists of a metal prison toilet / sink combination that provides you with potable cold water and hot water as well as a basic toilet with a metal seat. You have a metal mirror mounted to the wall, a shelf and 4 anti-suicide hooks to hang towels and clothing items issued to you.
Opposite this is your metal bunk with 4 inch thick plastic coated mattress. You also receive a plastic coated pillow, a pillow case, two flat sheets and a wool blanket.
Your cell is concrete block with a concrete floors and ceiling. One entire wall is bars offering you no privacy. You are visually monitored 24 hours a day.
After intake you receive a green and white striped jumpsuit, a white tee shirt, orange boxer shorts and socks and a pair of jail slides.
Your cellblock is isolated and windowless. Meals are served at a table in the pod. You are allowed no contact with other inmates until you prove your behavior warrants contact.
Your food is the same as all other inmates.
You do not have work privileges except cleaning your own cell.
Access to visitation or any other part of the facility is strictly forbidden and only granted when you are restrained and under supervision of a guard.
