i think steph should be an astronomy buff. i imagine her sitting on her roof as a kid waiting for batman to save her and just looking up at the moon, hoping to see his shadow swing past it, and because shes out in the suburbs shes juuuuust far away enough from the smog and the city lights for some stars and planets to twinkle through. just like her, a shining light blinking out from the smog. and so she finds every resource she can on astronomy at her local library and reads and reads and shes up on the roof with a flashlight and a star chart trying to see if she can make out any constellations from what she can see. and years pass by until shes a vigilante and sometimes on the quieter nights, she sits with cass or tim and points out the constellations :3

anyway thats also why we need more lantern steph aus, i wanna see her up there in the stars!!! (i think she would be both a blue lantern and a green lantern? because like. shes a beacon of hope, AND she is the will needed to act on that hope)
