rules i created for myself:
that literally force and corner my brain into accepting my desires are inevitable to play out in the 3d.
the only reason i feel doubt, anxiety, twisting suffocating feeling in my chest is because my brain senses the 3d shifting. obviously it might happen right after affirming/deciding on something, because the 3d shifts instantly. and i also decided my 3d fully conforms within 3 hours, so that's on par.
whatever i'm visualizing, daydreaming, creating scenarios about is an inevitable preview of what is about to happen in the 3d. (does not apply to intrusive ones, of course)
not wanting something is more than enough for me to not experience it. wanting something is more than enough for me to indeed experience it
i don't give two shits how i feel or what i think, if i want it, i'm getting it. let me repeat that: I DON'T GIVE TWO SHITS HOW I FEEL OR WHAT I THINK, IF I WANT IT I'M GETTING IT, BECAUSE IT IS ALREADY MINE AND ALREADY BELONGS TO ME.
no matter how "impossible" it is, no matter how "silly" it seems, if i desire to experience it i am fucking experiencing it no matter what.
plan b does not exist. there is only one reality, one destination, one sole outcome. and that is the one i decided on.

Meditation to induce void state & shifting? 🩶
Hey darlings, ive been delaying this post for like 2 weeks now lol.. 😅🌚sorry i was feeling quite unwell and idk just didnt feel motivated to share anything that i knew going to be long to explain.
Ive been into meditation since like i was a kid and it helped me a lot, but Ive been actively using it since arounf 2019 and its been a good practice for me. in my own way, ill tell step by step its pretty personal and you can modify this experience however you like.
First step is to prepare your environment mind and body. The physical body (to feel it) is what keeps you awake and anhcored to CR aka current reality, so you have to relax. relax your muscles as much as you can. Lie down or you can sit too, in a comfortable position, and make sure u won’t be disturbed. Put ur phone on DND, lock ur door or do it however youre comfortable with.
Additional things; if youre comfortable, then you can drink some water or put some essential fragrances in the air or sum. Wear comfrotable clothes, make ur room quiet. These ARE NOT ''mandatory'', but i like to prepare a little routine and it motivates me. You can skip this part.
The second step, is to do a complete body scan. This is classic espically in Yoga Nidra too, and it works well in my opinion. Start from your toes and work your way up to your face, and every part of your body, let every muscle of yours just relax and almost feel like youre ''melting''. Your body must feel so heavy and relaxed that you eventually lose the sensation of where your limbs are. Thats called meditative state. I reach it around 10-15 min. But dont overthink or overanalyse the process, see this as.. ''something fun'' or sum, dont put meditation or meditative state, aka MABA on pedestal, its a pretty natural thing.
I also recommend putting 6hz frequency, a lucid dreaming/ out of body experience type music as background, or nature sounds,storm sound, sea waves works too!! This part is entirely up to your comfort. Or if you don't like it, put a guided meditation. I suggest Alunir's.
Then you might as well experience your body tingling, your head so heavy, or like vertigo, shifting symptoms in general, prettty normal!!! Dont panick or freak out, let it happen. You'll catch into flow state in no time if you just focus on relaxing. There are many ways of meditating and yoga, you can check my yoga related posts, but its quite easy this way.
There are many ways of meditation and yoga practices. This is what I personally do, also one thing I haven't mentioned is that I focus on my Ajna point, aka the point between my eyebrows. I focus on the darkness behind my eyelids. And I try not to think of anything else, I completely shut my thoughts. I sometimes use mantras like
Om Gyanam Dhyanam Shantam Hari. 🕉️🪷

It's been my go to for like years. I really love ancient Hindu/ Buddhist sutra practices and and spiritual culture in general.
I also like to count till 100-200 in my head. I like the affirmations like "i am.. i am... i am..." Goes on, you can add specific things like "i am x..i am y..." Any affirmation works. And for me I get hypnagogia when I practice meditation especially if sleepy, I've induced many near shifting experiences like this. For void, I unfortunately been falling asleep in my specifically void state attempts but I'm revising the past. So no worries you can do the same.

Imo: if you believe that every reality already exists, then you shouldn't feel bad about having different significant others in different realities. 'But when you choose to perceive a reality where you have another lover then it's cheating' — no, what that suggests is the inequality between perceived and non-perceived realities.
Hell, it's not even about relationships (or choices, or morality). It's whether we believe we're actually INFINITE, or whether we'd still like some terms and conditions to apply to that.
I'm not telling you what you should or shouldn't believe. I just want to remind you of the weight the word 'infinite' carries.

how it feels to be a shifter and not telling your family and friends about it
Shiftok is so fucking stupid man, who decided that putting ur dr on a pedestal is blocking you from shifting, omg there is a reason why we call it dr, desired reality, of course u gon be daydreaming of ur drs, and “putting it on a pedastal” (even tho I have no idea what that means) cuz it’s something u desire. There are people on shiftok talking about some “if u put your dr on a pedestal and if u daydream about it ur not gonna shift. Its a real place and some real evil shit is gonna happen☝️🤓” (I’m not shifting to hell bruh I’ll be fine) “I’m trying not to put my dr on a pedestal cuz it’s blocking me from shifting.”And WHO decided that?? Like be fucking fr yall (shiftok) just love complicating everything holy shit.
oh how i love being a silly teenage girl shifter, having fun daydreaming abt my drs whenever i am not shifting. fangirling about my dr s/o, having a "it is what it is" mindset in this reality because i know shifting is easy for me and i can use shifting to experience/re-experience things; "creating" drs from scratch & developing the lore and plots for my dr, giggling & fangirling over our drs with my mooties and shifter friends, feeling more content with life, making endless pinterest boards & tiktok favourite categories about each of my drs; trying out new tips & techniques and learning new things abt my shifting journey; having the entire multiverse at my fingertips
