This is incredibly important. A classmate of mine committed suicide this weekend and it makes me incredibly sad to think she could have been helped if people had only known what to look for. Please seek help if you or a loved one are showing any of these signs, nothing is worse than a life lost to suicide, knowing it could have been prevented.
