And next thing you know, you are up till 2am. And it's still broke.

Brought to tears.

I looked over to see why a few of the lower screen slides had been missed or the wrong slide had gone up. Just as I went to make a sarcastic remake I noticed something wonderful. Tears, passionate tears, rolling down the lighting guys face singing out in full on worship. We have certain expectations for our volunteers but when God is moving, it trumps those expectations without question.

I’ve been dwelling on that moment for the last few days and it began the scrolling through my own worship history trying to remember the last time I was weeping during a moment worship and praise to the Lord. Sadly it’s been many years.

I think it’s been easy to hide this since we have moved back home to beautiful but very Dutch reformed, west Michigan were even lifting ones hand is a big step. But doesn’t Gods word tell us to worship physically and emotionally and not just with our words.
