What makes me disgusted to be an England fan is just what is ‘fans’ can do when something goes wrong.

- Racial Abuse because a player hasn’t scored or has missed a penalty

- Physical abuse to the Italian supporters AS IF they had ANYTHING to do with the action on the pitch.

- An alleged 13 stabbings since the end of the final, not to mention the plenty of people I’ve seen on Facebook beating Italian supporters for supporting their team.

- Knowing that a LOT of men (and women!) are going to go home tonight and abuse their S/O’s because of the result.

- BOOING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM

- BOOING BECAUSE AN OPPONENT HAS THE BALL

I’m upset we lost. I had a moment where all I wanted to do was rage, but when I think of people out there in London right now being abused (physically and mentally!) because of the outcome made me disgusted to feel like that.

This nation is a joke, the England players are what bring us together and the England fans (not all!) are what tear us apart again.

Grow up. Losing is always going to happen, but acting in an aggressive way isn’t going to do anything.
