Actually, it would be really nice to have someone. To love someone and to be loved. talk to someone in the middle of the night. Someone that makes the loneliness vanish, like it never exists.

I graduated university. I've kept my part time job. I literally have no confidence - to apply for a new job. Like I feel empty and have no desires. I don't even have hobbies. I still live with my parents. I don't know where to start.
I finished my bachelor thesis and I already submit it. Idk, I feel weird. That thing that stressed me over 2 years and now done. It feels freaking weird.
I would like to travel, now.
Hey everyone, I’m thinking of creating a page where we will be featuring people living with mental health where they can openly talk about it and share their stories! Let me know your thoughts and if you would like to support you can follow HERE

Still working on my thesis (searching for sources) and still didn't register. Can you believe how anxious I am to ask my prof? Uff. Tomorow, I promise I will send her a message and ask about it. Pray for me that she is going to reply.
Have productive day or night 🍸🔥

I'm working on my bachelorthesis. Not the thesis itself gives me so much anxiety, the process where I have to discuss with my professor, to register my thesis. That's why I'm making slowly a progress. She didn't reply to my last emails and my anxiety level is getting higher af. I just hope I can finish it before this semester ends.
Have a nice night or day. 🍸
Dark times all around but there are still people out there who love you
Do not hurt yourself, do not hurt others, get help, talk to someone, anyone. Humanity has survived before and we can do it now if we all just support each other. My country and my people let me down and endangered my life but there’s nothing I or anyone else can do about that so let’s try to spread the love that is so clearly lacking.
I think after Six flying dragons he is my favourite actor. I freaked out after I heard about Alive!!! 🍸

I'm doing research for my thesis, I should be graduating this semester. Tbh I struggle with staying productive and I kinda developed the habit to stay in bed and watch dramas/ series or be on social media. I want to break that habit. So here we go again.
Goals:
- Writing my professor an E-Mail
- overview of my Bachelor's thesis
I know, the picture had to be taken afterwards.
Productivity from Home
Some tips for anyone who is stuck at home due to Covid - 19
As many of use are stuck in self-isolation as work and school moves into an online format, I was wanted to share some of my best tips for remaining productive, and not going crazy, when you can’t leave the house.
1. Keep your space clean. A simple concept but good to keep in mind, give your space a really good deep clean right now, and then keep things keeps by wiping down counters, doing your dishes, making your bed, and putting away clothes daily.
2. Keep yourself clean When you are not seeing anyone it can be easy to fall into a rut of wearing the same sweatshirt every day and not washing your hair, but it is so important to stay feeling clean and fresh when you cant leave the house. Feeling good about yourself will help you stay more productive, and the acts of showing, doing your hair, and changing your clothes are little self-care things that are easily overlooked when you are not leaving.
3. Build new routines Now that you don’t have to leave the house this is a great time to introduce new habits into your life. Always wanted to wake up at 5:00am? Give it a try! Want to do a meditation every evening? Go for it!
4. Connect with friends Don’t sacrifice your group meetings, Skype them in. Study with friends over FaceTime, or just call a loved one to chat for a little. Self isolation doesn’t need to feel lonely.
5. Freshen the air Try to open the windows at least one a day to clean out your space. Have a nice candle going at night, or put your diffuser on during the day. Keeping you space smelling fresh is essential to not feeling like you are trapped.
6. Make a plan Know what you have to do and schedule it. Try to schedule blocks of work and rest for yourself. And ensure you are accomplishing a few things on your to-do list every day so that you don’t feel like you are falling into a slump! (Note: this can be something as simple as make the bed, take a shower, or eat a nice meal.)
Extra Little Tips:
Move every day (some yoga, a dance party by yourself, anything)
Drink lots of water
Make sure you practice self-care: this is a stressful time!
Do a face mask, or paint your nails
Don’t wear pajamas all day, but you can stay comfy!
Bake some yummy snacks
Watch new movies or start a new tv show
Treat yourself kindly in this hard time.

No one else cares for your success (as much as their own) so you have to care. You have to force yourself to get up early, you have to force yourself to turn your phone off and revise, you have to force yourself to workout, you have to care for the whole world because no one else cares until they start seeing results. And they won’t ever see your results if you don’t care enough first. It’s your life, they are your goals, your dreams, it will be your success but it has to be your effort and your work first and foremost x
