Every time I start training I always jump into it too hard, too fast, too long. And I burn out. Every. Damn. Time. Physically and emotionally.

This time I’m going to take it very slowly. Be intentional. I don’t want there to be another time. Another “getting back at it.” I want to be able to stay at it. With reasonable breaks in training blocks, of course. I’m running 2 miles 4-5 times per week. And doing strength and “prehab” every. Single. Day. I’ll increase the distance and intensity, add workouts, etc as my body becomes able to handle it.
