Mwah: Three people they’d like to kiss.

Renwyck quirked an eyebrow as he glanced to Kelsea. A sudden chuckle escaped him, the fallen watcher shaking his head at the question. “Shit. I dunno. There’s only two people I’ve wanted to kiss and… I probably sound like a complete ass, but I’ve kissed them both. Both probably a horrible mistake on my part, but again. Poor life choices,” he said with a shrug. “Honestly have no clue about a third, unless yer lookin’ for a spot too?”

A sly smirk spread across his lips as he reached for his glass of whiskey. He lifted his drink before adding, “you game for a mistake, Kel?”

Kelsea grinned crookedly and leaned forward. “I have been game for that particular mistake for some time,” She said, her gaze half-lidded. “If you are game, however... well, I suppose you will just have to work your way toward that, hm?”

That was that. She leaned back, looking awfully smug.

A Trio of Troublesome Trolls

Tuwati, platinum-blonde matriarch. Biggest of the three, she is Definitely Drakkari and rules the roost as far as the younger women are concerned. Her mastery over water and healing arts keeps her gainfully employed so the other girls can cause trouble without worrying about literally anything else.

Turani, the fel-witch. Loud, brash, fat and very, very content. She’s confident in her entry-level magic and is really, really mean to her imp. Collects smooth river-rocks and little shiny trinkets. She has the Drakkari fuzz and heavy build like her mother. Might not be fully Drakkari.

Tutula, beast-whisperer. Or beast-yeller. Something like that. Too scrawny to be fully Drakkari, too purple to have any other background but Darkspear – or maybe Zandalari. Her story changes every time she tells it. Boastful and prone to bouts of awful judgment. Tutu thinks guns are really neat. Her pets are Many and kinda Weird.

Both Tutu and Tura refer to Tuwa as ‘mummy’. Tura’s definitely the youngest, though their ages aren’t clearer than “somewhere between 21 and 28″.

On Moon Guard! I’ll get around to their RP profiles and such when I can.

Alnwick’s idea of a good housewarming gift is a great big guard dog... or two. Maybe three. He couldn’t decide on just one, so there are now three big boofy dogs that sit by the fence at the homestead to watch people go by.

What She’s Doing Now

I’ve been trying to write an actual story for Kelsea but it just isn’t coming along, so.

The end of the war against the Legion marked the end of her military career. It all nearly broke her: the horrors of fighting the Legion itself, injuries suffered in the line of duty, that sort of thing.

By the time the war ended and she returned to Alliance territory, Kelsea couldn’t walk without limping (and likely should have had the leg amputated, in fairness) and was left with such nightmares that she’s turned to dreamless sleep potions. She settled in Elwynn Forest on a small homestead and hasn’t looked back.

Kelsea occasionally attempts to obtain mercenary work: she’s still capable with a sword and shield and she can heal in a pinch, she just can’t run into combat swinging a huge fuck-off mace anymore. Her father occasionally visits. He fought in the war, too, but seeing as he’s dead it didn’t have the same sort of impact on him as it did on her.

She still has her warhorse. Magnus is a massive draft horse (Azerothian equivalent to a Shire breed, most likely) that’s carried her into battle since she became a paladin. She keeps a handful of sheep and spins the wool into yarn to feed her knitting obsession.

Overall, Kelsea’s getting by. She putters around her little farm and tries to keep her combat training as current as she can, but uh. She avoids Stormwind as best she can because it is Way Too Loud and just Too Damn Much.

Oh, and she hates demons about as much as undead now.

"Let's see," Kelsea hummed and idly chewed her lip as she considered. "How about... your ten biggest turn-ons." She emphasized 'biggest' by liiightly nudging him under the the table with her foot.

Renwyck offered her a dubious glance, checking to make sure she wasn’t writing anything down. Arching an eyebrow, Renwyck started his list. “Elves. The shimmer in someone’s eye when they look on you with affection. A kind heart. A beautiful smile. A sense of humor. A kiss on the neck. Biting. Nails scratching down my back. A woman who knows what she wants… Was that ten?”

“Nine actually,” Kelsea replied.

The comment only made him more suspicious, the fallen watcher checking once more to make sure she wasn’t taking notes.

“Right then. The last one would be hearing the words, ‘I love you.’”

“Oh, sweetheart,” Kelsea softly said. She smiled warmly at Renwyck and leaned across the table -- why was her shirt unbuttoned like that? -- to cup his chin in her hand. “Darling. Those sound awfully reasonable.”

She was still for several long moments, and seemed as if she might do something. Whatever she was intending, judging by the almost-guilty glance off to the side, she lost her nerve. Kelsea let her hand drop to the table and offered an apologetic smile.

“... How about another glass of wine, mm?”

"How do you feel about biting?" Kelsea, no.

“Yes, please,” Renwyck replied with a chuckle. Kelsea, yes.

Kelsea slooowly arched a brow. This was something she’d need to file away for later.

Kelsea still hates the undead.

Her temper will always simmer beneath the surface and that fire will always flare in her eyes when reminders of her childhood flight shamble past, and she'll always have to remind herself that she can't kill the ones with the blue eyes.

It doesn't help that her father and grandfather are both Death Knights, and yet she can conveniently ignore all that when it comes to them. Part of it is guilt for being unable to keep her grandmother from bringing her grandfather back.

Either way, Kelsea may never go to war again. Fighting the Legion was more horrifying than anything she'd ever dealt with.

She just wants a quiet life in her new home/project but the chances there are awfully slim.
