The more the hedgehog travelled, the more worried he became. For some reason there was a strange eerie feeling in the air all of a sudden, causing him to start panicking mentally. Cautiously looking around, Starlight listened out for any signs of other living creatures in his presence. So far, he had found nothing, hinting he was in an abandoned place.

Where the heck was he even anyway? It was too dark to quite tell, but wait, didn’t he happen to see–?

Then came this loud howl, shaking Starlight from his wonder as his eyes widened, beginning to shiver from fear. “W-what the–? W-what was–?” didn’t it sound like something was chasing him? Then a roar?

Looking over to where he thinks he’s heard the commotion, the hedgehog realises what’s happening.

He’s in trouble. Big trouble.

Starlight screamed as he stumbled backwards, eyes searching the darkness to see who was trying to attack. He wasn’t sure, but was someone watching him from the left? Starlight didn’t know, it was so dark and he was petrified.

This was the end wasn’t it? He was going to die. His time was up. Well, he had prepared for something to happen to him so Starlight was ready. Mostly.

Yᴏᴜ'ʀᴇ sᴏ ᴅᴇᴀᴅ--

    The monster roared angrily, claws extended to grab at his prey as he pinned the alternate and exhaled harshly right into the poor hedgehog’s face. His shrunk pupils however returned to normal as Beast got a better scent up close and personal. Huh?! He smelled exactly how Beast was before he became.... Like this. But... How? The werehog stared before burying his nose into the crook of the trembling neck and sniffed at it loudly. Well, this hedgehog obviously wasn’t a threat as he huffed.

He’s appeared in an unknown place. One he’s never been to before. From what he can tell was it either night time, or he was in somewhere shaded off from the light. He could walk with no issues, the sound of footsteps in his wake as the hedgehog carefully examined around the location he happened to find himself in. It wasn’t terribly dark to the point where he couldn’t see, but it didn’t make this less worrying.

Starlight had enough time to make it back home so getting back wasn’t an issue. However, being here was more concerning to him than anything, wondering what kind of events will unfold as he finds himself travelling deeper into the unknown.

Upon walking, Starlight noted there was a small light ahead, squinting his eyes to check if it was light and where it was coming from.

“Alright, so I should be fine. Just follow onwards, and note to self: don’t get lost.”

There was a scent among the forest and it was making the werehog very, very uncomfortable. The dark blue fur puffed up on his neck... Beast did not like this. Not one a bit. The large creature sniffed at the air, moving on fours as he huffed and breathed harshly. Who dare to enter his territory? Beast howled into the darkness to warn the intruder. That was only the warning the poor alternate would get before taking off on fours and roared angrily.

AROOOOOOOO!

       The beast howled, sharp canines bared as he exhaled heavily and took off with his sharp claws digging into the soil before going after into the dark. The moon was out, making the werehog a feral and dangerous creature as his pupils dilated.

 With the long, curved ears flickering for a sound of a living being to sink his fangs in as his chest ached for the rush. A servant of a well-known mistress was around, doing some land work as he clicked his chops. Fresh meat. Quickly, he sprung out on her but missed as he crashed into the wall of the mansion. Hunger had blurred his sight as the servant shrieked and ran into the mansion.
