Aisha hadn’t expected to find herself flying headfirst at a nun today, but, well, here she was. The collision sent her tumbling a few feet away from him, relatively unharmed but still quite discombobulated. She pulled herself upright, rubbing where her head had smacked into his chest.
“Rrrrrrrnnnnngh...” The Ctarl-Ctarl glanced over at the other victim of the sudden crash, who seemed relatively unharmed. “I told ya to watch out. You alright?”

Okay, I may be slow on this blog, but my love for OS is always around. Whenever I hear anything about it, I scream, no joke.
So it premieres August 19th, but sadly at like 2:30am (eastern I’m assuming which is where I am so lmao) BUT FUDGE ME. This makes me so happy. It will be on TV again. -lays down-
I still owe @misericorsmxrtyris a reply and I’m really sorry about that. ♥)

The volume and tone in which she spoke to him didn’t seem to help matters as his anger steadily began to grow. Shouting at him as if he was supposed to know who or what the Ctarl-Ctarl Empire was. “Look lady, I don’t know what the hell a ctarl-ctarl is! I’m sure in demon world, you guys are some pretty tough bastards, but that doesn’t change the fact that I can’t help you find a comm station! If you need to get a hold of someone in demon world, I know of a few ways.”
Like a snowball rolling down a hill, the other’s anger and confusion just piled on more anger and confusion for Aisha. “Are you seriously trying to say that you don’t know of the Ctarl-Ctarl Empire, greatest empire across the galaxies?! Even the stupidest Terrans I’ve ever met knew about the battles our people had decades ago!” She threw an arm behind herself, index finger pointed to the sky. “I need to contact the ship I’ve somehow gotten thrown off of, so I sure hope these ways of reaching demon world- whatever the hell that’s supposed to be- can reach a spaceship that’s potentially planets or even a whole star system away!”
I’m sorry for being so inactive on this blog guys- I just have a whole bunch of others in addition to lots of schoolwork lately. But hopefully making my next batch of icons today’ll help me get back into the action and power through these drafts!

The android hummed to herself, keeping track of time and the smell as she moved about in the kitchen. Something about cooking came easy enough for her, so much so that she found nothing but enjoyment out of it. Her humming came to an immediate stop at the young woman groaning on the floor.
“Aisha…are you all right?”
Melfina stood near the pot, carefully checking every few minutes or so to make sure it wouldn’t burn or boil over. She didn’t wish to make a mistake and trip over Aisha in the process. “The food’s almost ready, okay? You won’t have long to wait.
She didn’t really notice what an obstruction she was causing with her laying right in Melfina’s working area. Of course, with how much she was concentrating on the misery her vacant stomach was causing her, how could she? When the question was asked she merely groaned in response, mumbling something that sounded like “Too hungry...” as well.
Her eyes opened at the promise of imminent satisfaction, a smile forcing its way through her exhausted expression. “Thanks, Mel...Aisha couldn’t really get enough food for lunch today.” Hopefully there would be enough for her to at least satiate her legendary Ctarl-Ctarl appetite until the next morning.

Her question was met with an arched eyebrow as his eyes wandered up and down, taking in her appearance. She had some characteristics of a demon, yet something didn’t really sit right with him.“Look lady, I have no idea what the hell you’re talking about. Props to you on the costume design, but there aren’t any sci-fi conventions around here.”
The response she got didn’t thrill her in the slightest. It’d be one thing if he just said “no,” but he really didn’t have any idea what a comm station was? Not to mention she felt pretty insulted by that second comment. “Costume?! I haven’t seen anything remotely modern in this place, so I can accept your ignorance about technology, but I’m not just some person playing dress-up here! I’m a former officer of the Ctarl-Ctarl Empire, and even someone from a hick town like this should know to treat us with a little respect!”

Early evening had fallen on Starwind and Hawking Enterprises. People would probably be getting ready to have supper at about that time, and it was no exception in the outlaws’ headquarters. A delightful aroma wafted through the air, traced back to, of course, the kitchen.
And on the floor of said kitchen, Aisha lay sprawled on her stomach, groaning in her growing hunger, pushed further by the scent of food being prepared.
“Nnnngh...why’d they have to ban me from cooking? Terran food takes so long to make and I’m starving...I could’ve already made us a huge bowl of Gejidabo stew...”

“Stay here,” Ron had ordered before leaving the younger brother in their hotel room. Understandable, as the crew of the Outlaw Star now knew Harry’s face; he stood out too much. But Harry was not a patient man, and he only had so many darts to throw at Gene Starwind’s effigy. He stalked the streets like a hungry wolf, hunting for the opportunity to really test out his new bionic implants. Practice, if you will, for the next encounter with that bastard captain.
A familiar screech nearly felled him from his pace; it couldn’t be that they had already spotted him? It wasn’t as though he was the only one out and about–for their sake, they had better been calling to someone else. Otherwise he’d have no choice but to happily eliminate them. Just keep walking, he mentally urged himself, vexed more by the thought of his brother’s scolding for being revealed in public than being caught in and of itself. If he was the target, best case scenario, he would lose them in the crowd.
Loath as Aisha was to admit it, it seemed that the duty that had been forced upon her had been good for something after all. Of course, now the client’s place was no longer being watched, but whatever it was that the guy was afraid of couldn’t be more important than this! She knew she’d get an earful from Gene if she screwed this up, though- one that she’d be happy to return- so she let her determination to catch him drive her onward as she advanced through the crowd, keen eyes trained on him the whole time.
As she got ever closer she noticed he hadn’t even looked back to her when she called out, even though others had looked to her simply because she was making noise. Either this guy was deaf or he was intentionally ignoring her to make sure she couldn’t see his face. She was quickly growing frustrated with the man, and she found herself wanting to call out to him again. Unfortunately, while Gene had learned his first name in their encounter, she couldn’t remember it right at the second. “Hey! I’m talking to you! I know you can hear me, MacDougall!”

"You there!” Aisha bolted up to the young man with little regard for what he might have been doing beforehand. “I need to get a message to my friends so they can come pick me up from here! Is there a comm. station somewhere around here?” All the tech she’d seen around this place, wherever it was, seemed severely outdated, but surely they had to have some place she could reach the Outlaw Star from!

Aisha grumbled under her breath, arms folded tightly across her chest. “What’s so important about me playing guard duty anyway? Damn it, Gene...this job better be good...” Starwind and Hawking Enterprises had just been contacted about a decently-paying job earlier that day, and she’d tagged along with Gene and Jim to meet the client and get the details. Once they met him at his home, though, he requested that Aisha stay outside as a lookout, which Gene agreed to- much to her chagrin.
Her eyes scanned the small crowds of people around the area idly, frustrated and bored out of her mind...until something caught her eye. “Huh?” She focused on the sight to see if she could identify it properly. A head of long, aqua-colored hair...she could’ve sworn she’d seen that before. It was...yeah, it was on that comm cube Gene had been sent after the race! It was from the El Dorado- the MacDougall brothers! All thoughts of her “lookout duties” abandoned her as she walked hurriedly toward the man, making sure not to lose him in the crowd. “Hey, you! Hold on a minute!”
