Hey dudes this is a plugin I just finished for Adobe After Effects(PC/MAC) that can do some authentic high quality dithering/halftoning for both 8 bit and 16 bit colors with 26 different dithering algorithms and 21 different popular color palettes to quantize to so you can easily retro-stylize your footage to get that limited color palette effect.
