I lost 3 pounds this week! Woo hoo! It's not a lot, but I'd much rather celebrate it than wish I had lost more. There's plenty of weeks left in the year to lose more than 3 pounds.

Normally I feel like an idiot trying to figure out new equipment at the gym, but today I learned how to use this butt machine and now I am in love.
