It's pamper me day today!!! Every woman MUST experience this at least once in their life!!! Had the most fabulous Moroccan Bath and massage at The Famous Spa. This is my first Moroccan Bath experience and I must say I am totally loving it here at The Famous Spa! Traditional ritual using the best products from Morocco. I was first showered by the trained therapist from Morocco in a beautiful mosaic steam room and black olive soap was applied to my whole body to soften my skin to aid easy removal of dead skin, after which I was put on a slab of marble lying down, a special Moroccan loofah glove was used to scrub and rid my entire body of dead skins using strong and long massage strokes. These dead skins have probably been around for decades LOL! My hair was given a luxurious treatment while my body was being cleansed. Next was a body mask made of black clay from the Dead Sea and my face was being pampered with white clay that Moroccan brides used to whiten their faces. And that's not all, the ritual ended with pure Moroccan honey applied all over my face and body. I was licking the honey off as I waited for my skin to fully absorb all the goodness of this honey! I was scrubbed and showered like a little girl in all of 2 hours by the lovely Mommy-like Moroccan lady. Not for the faint hearted, be prepared to be all nude for 2 hours! She showered me with this amazing natural flowers shower gel which is only available at The Famous Spa in Dubai. When this amazing ritual was over, I was given a relaxing massage which made me feel like all the aches and pains just leave my body. A brand new me for the night!
