Are you like me, making lists for everything? I like to be organized, but life has a way of causing disruptions on a regular basis, haha! Sooo, I feel a lot of satisfaction when I can cross something off my list. Last week it was over 200 jars of jams, jellies and various pickles. So far this week I did 60lbs of peaches for the freezer. Today, it’s grate 20lbs of zucchini for the freezer, make dilly beans, mustard pickles and beet pickles. Do you think I can do it?
