"Have you seen the new intern lately?"
"That skinny one? No, it's been a while. Someone told me he went abroad to meet some family members, but he's been away for like at least a month now, I guess."
"Well, the skinny one indeed, if you could still call him like that though. He returned from abroad already a week ago, but it took me some time too to recognise him since he's back at work. He's actually got a massive round fat gut now. It looks like he exploded while he was away."
"Wait, what? How is that even possible in just a few weeks? He was such a scrawny twink before."
"I don't know, man, maybe the food there was just too good for him, or maybe he just didn't move at all. Whatever it was, he's definitely not the same guy who left. He's actually looking obese now. Someone must be feeding him."
"Seriously? Man, he must have just gorged himself the entire time. I can't imagine how he's going to fit back into his clothes."
"Tell me about it. He probably had to buy a new wardrobe just to fit that gut in. It's kind of hilarious, actually. Well, he's just bulging out of his skintight clothes, so probably he's just still in full denial."
