My home life is for lack of a better term is at least mildly fucked…I feel like a volunteer in a psyche ward/library. No matter what I do, it’s wrong, not enough or somehow too much. My housemates (2 out of three of them) are manipulative, evasive and mater deflectors when it comes to their behaviour yet they’re quick to judge anyone else’s. Like I'm being gaslit from 2 separate angles, behind each other’s backs they aren’t so nice…but sweet as pie when face to face. 🤮

Last night, I could no longer take the heavy pity party 'me, me, me' energy and went for a walk to drop off some clothes at a friends nearby and then to a lil known, luscious green forest for a lil Mother Nature to help me feel grounded and release all the toxic energy that isn't mine that my I feel constantly assaulting my aura! I’ve got to remember to do my spiritual protection practice before leaving my room in the morning!

Ground. Clear. Protect.
