Beckett had never been one to bite her tongue, and with Oliver, it was as though she didn’t have a filter at all. Though, sometimes she was certain that was part of the appeal between the two of them. Sitting next to him, she couldn’t help but chuckle, leaning in a little so her breath would be warm against his ear as she whispered her next set of words. “Does that work on all your girls?” She was playing coy, the twisted smirk on her lips evident of that. Leaning back a little, she peered over at the taller man with a crooked grin. “Trying to find something to do in this boring little town.” She replied, crossing her legs at the ankles. “Got any ideas for me?” It was absolutely an invitation for trouble, but the look on Beckett’s face spoke wonders to the fact that she wasn’t in the mood to behave.
The man shivered at the feeling of her warm breath against his ear, already entranced by the woman. It really was that easy with Beckett. “Usually,” he said with a chuckle, biting down on his bottom lips as he spoke. “We can’t have a girl like you getting bored now, can we? I’d be happy to be of service,” he said with a flirty smile directed at the brunette. “How about we go get some drinks and see where the night takes us?” He asked her in a low, seductive voice. With her, Oliver was never on his best behavior, and he loved every second of it.
Beckett loved the affect she had on Oliver. Few men could resist her charms, and she knew how to play most of them like a fiddle. But, he always played right into her games, and she couldn’t get enough of it. The give and take was a constant pull between them. At the mention of drinks, her hand moved to rest on his thigh. “It’s so cute how you pretend you don’t know how the night’s gonna end.” She chuckled, knowing their routine far too well. Beckett and Oliver rarely had a run-in that ended with their clothing still intact. “We could get drinks, sure. Or, we could pull my car ‘round back and skip all that.” She offered, cutting to the chase. “And if you’re good, maybe I’ll let you buy me a drink after.” She chuckled, leaning back a little as though she hadn’t just offered to fool around with him in a parking lot. Just casual conversation for Beckett.
