there were a few familiar faces in the crowd, rosalind aimlessly wandering around with her half drunken beer in hand. she spots a particular familiar face struggling to make conversation. she brings a hand up to her mouth to stifle the growing laughter. ❝JESUS, that was painful to listen to. ❞ rosalind came up from behind sam, her arms still folded as she watched his VICTIM leave. she shrugs a shoulder, rolling her eyes back to him. ❝ eh, they looked like an asshole anyway, ❞ she supplies offhandedly. she peeks into his cup before plucking a chip. ❝ however, your generosity shouldn’t go to waste. ❞ she smiles teasingly plopping the dorito into her mouth.
The understandably weirded out person left as soon as Rosalind approached him, while Sam quietly watched. His pro-active attempt at social interaction with strangers had gone horribly wrong, oh well, time to give up and retreat into a corner. However, Rosie kept on talking, which somehow put him a little at ease. "Uh, did they? I'm not good at knowing that." He rubbed his neck in some frustration - all he wanted to do was leave and be by himself for a while, recharge his batteries. His eyes left the now distant figure and focused on her with a small smile as she paid attention to his offer. "Thank you." He reached for one too. "Was it that bad, though?"
