Beckory Fanweek 2025
HELLO beckory nation! in celebration of a lot of beckory fans returning recently and also sotm releasing and opening up opportunities for 1. book character content on par with sotms and 2. a ggy game (because of all of the hints and evidence), I (@puhpandas) am hosting a beckory week!
this is the first beckory fanweek, but some of y'all might be familiar with this kind of week format from my first ggy week (2024). here's some important information about how the week will go. Please read all of it:
It'll run from 8/17-8/24 (August), giving over a month of time from this posts publish date to preemptively make works for the week
please read reblog below for extra information on prompts!
The prompts are two word prompts, this time having a 2nd similar word that technically means the same thing but could also be used as more leverage for creative liberties, along with an AU prompt. the prompts are not very strict and actively encourage creative liberties and unique ideas. don't let them scare you too much!
you don't have to stick to just one prompt per day! if you want to choose two or even do all three you can totally do that. you could even do something like combining prompts (as long as they're in the same day) or using another prompt from the same day to influence ur work, even if it's for a different prompt
The AU prompts are not for any already existing AU by me or someone else. they're standalone popular aus for ships/character relationships often used in fandom. they're very self explanatory in their names. once again, not too strict and you can do whatever creative things you want regarding the words.
You don't have to make a work for every single day. this week is just for fun, please don't force yourself to make things if you don't want to or will get burnt out. just posting for 1 day is just as acceptable as posting for all 7!
You will be posting the works on the respective day to its prompt. Example: A prompt from day 1 will be posted on day 1 only
Please tag every post with the tag #beckory week 2025 and MOST IMPORTANTLY tag this account!! I need to be tagged to be able to see and reblog!!
DONT BE A FREAK. no NSFW or suggestive allowed. make sure if you draw something like kissing, that it is NOT overly suggestive or passionate, even if they are aged up. this goes for writing descriptions too. remember that these characters are 12 years old at the end of the day. be normal about them please. I am allowed to discount/not reblog any submission that is deemed inappropriate. I will be strict because of how this is a ship between 2 minors. it shouldnt be hard to follow these guidelines anyway
⬆️on this note, any things that could be someone's phobia please tag accordingly. like blood, death, gore, etc. for anyone with phobias, I will tag even if OPs dont
I will be reblogging every submission post for the week on this blog. posting ur work on other sites is perfectly okay. I'll be tagging each submission with tags like #day 1, #prompt and #character. this is for the sake of navigation on this blog once the week is over and all submissions are reblogged
and the final rule: Enjoy and have fun!! like I said, this week is just for fun and shouldn't be taken overly seriously. the prompts aren't very strict and I encourage creativity. that being said please don't just completely stray from the prompt list and do something not related at all. try and keep it relevant. this goes for characters too. this is a BECKORY week, please don't submit something that doesn't even include Gregory and Tony

HEY ALL! I've decided to make a change to the rules! now, the prompts are NOT a necessity!
basically, I'm now changing it so EVERYTHING can be a beckory week contribution. you can do anything you want! it doesn't have to be about the prompts. it can be your own project, wip, new idea or anything. just as long as it's about beckory, it can be for beckory week!
the prompts (and anything you make/made for them) are still completely valid. the prompts are still there but the point of this change is that they're no longer strictly needed, but now optional to use.
you can make whatever you want for beckory week! post it during the duration of August 17th - 23rd. it's a good idea to try and distribute your work throughout the 7 days but you can post whenever you want. just make sure to tag it with #beckory week 2025!
the point of this change is to get rid of stress and open up freedom and fun! I've seen people confused over how the prompts work or say casually that they don't have any ideas for the prompts or have no motivation for them, but do their own projects, so they feel they can't/shouldnt participate. WELL NOW YOU CAN!
