Finally got my ADHD medication and it has been helping me a lot!!! It's been a while since I had a binge, they usually happen after work when I'm REALLY exhausted and overwhelmed
here are some things to do instead of e4ting ♡

Listen to a podcast (i really like pretty lonesome and anything goes)
