New Omo Challenge, especially for my DND nerds out there:
*You can use Google as a dice randomizer
Easy Version: Roll a D4 (4 sided dice.) Whatever the number is, is how many glasses/bottles of water you have to drink. Roll it again, and whatever number you land on is how many hours you are forbidden from using the toilet.
Difficult Version: Roll a D4. That is the number of drinks you must have. Then roll a D6 (6 sided standard dice) and that is the number of hours you are forbidden from using the toilet.
Hard Version: Roll a D6. That is the number of drinks you must have. Then Roll a D12. That will be how long you have to hold for.
ADDED CHALLENGE: See Below the Cut for a Table of Trials. This can be added to any level for the thrill of a risk to be taken.

Added Challenges! You can add these to any level of the challenge just for some added fun.
Roll a D20 (20 sided dice) and whatever comes up, find what corresponds on the table. Roll as many or as few times as you wish 💦 (Substitute put anything you're unable to do I don't care, this is just for fun)

Bad Luck! Add 30 minutes to your timer!
5 sit ups
30 seconds of pressing on your bladder
Sit 1 minute clothed on the toilet
Wash your hands for 30 seconds
Hold an ice cube in your hands for a minute
Lay with a folded pillow under your bladder for 5 minutes
No holding with your hands for 20 minutes
Listen to waterfall sounds for the rest of your challenge
Let out a 2 second leak and regain control
Spread apart your legs for 10 minutes.
Drink one more drink (if it is safe to do so)
Take a fake pee (act like you are going to pee, take down your pants, stay there for as long as a normal pee will take you, flush, and wash your hands. Do not pee.)
Leak for 5 seconds
Tap your fingers rapidly on your bladder for 30 seconds
Watch a running faucet for 30 seconds.
Jump up and down 10 times (If unable to jump, shake your bladder 10 times.)
Dribble warm water onto your abdomen
Tighten something around your bladder for 5 minutes (belt, sweater sleeves, etc.)
Good luck! Pee now. All other challenges irrelevant. Your challenge is over. (Unless you don't want it to be. Then, roll again 😈)
