Today marks the start of #TransAwarenessWeek. A time to stand in solidarity with the transgender community, celebrating their strength, resilience, and unwavering courage in the face of growing discrimination. Recently, we have seen an alarming rise in attacks on trans and LGBT+ rights, with seldom heard voices being silenced across health, education, and society. Now, more than ever, we must speak out, ensuring trans people are not just seen, but respected and valued.
October is World Mental Health Month, a time to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote well-being. This year, I’ve created four graphic images that embody themes of mindfulness, stigma, self-care, and support. I hope these visuals inspire you to reflect on your own mental health journey and encourage meaningful conversations.

February marks LGBT+ History Month, it's time to make stigma around mental health history...
LGBT+ people are 50% more likely to develop depression or anxiety and 13% of LGBT people have experienced some form of unequal treatment from healthcare services because of how they identify. Now is the time we speak out against discrimination and stand up for a world without stigma. [Graphic design for mental health project forthe25.org.uk]
