Welcome! We will be having a fun three day hypnosis filled convention in July near O'Hare Airport (Chicago). Tickets will be open until July 26th, although we offer discounted tickets if you buy them early. We welcome you to this opportunity to learn, play, and interact on your hypnosis journey.

Thank you everyone for an amazing con. Our hearts have been so full and our minds might've been empty (consensually and deliciously). It was wonderful to see all the amazing classes and all the participants who were so earnestly focused on helping each other learn. It was also great to see the different events, from those that were absolutely hot, to those that were heartwarming, and to those that were more lighthearted yet special all the same. In a smaller sense, we loved seeing all those interactions in the social space and seeing strangers becoming good friends by the end of a weekend. It's a reminder of why we do what we do, and we thank everyone who helped participate in it. We hope that everyone had a fantastic con (although we are feeling the perhaps unintended consequence with our Odyssey theme and hope everyone got home safely).

We want to hear what you thought and learn how to keep improving. To help us in this effort, please fill put this feedback form! If you went to any classes, please fill out a class feedback form - this is so important for us and the presenters! If you have other thoughts about the con you'd like to share, please use this general feedback form. These will be open for at least two weeks, but we encourage you to share when things are fresh.

Remember, as an attendee you will need to do the following:

verify as 18+ verify covid vaccination or have received exemption complete the consent quiz (should be in your inbox, if not DM us) test for covid and have picture available (test taken after 7/21)

You can do all of those activities at the registration desk (hours posted below), but you can also join the Discord server and get a head start.

Additionally, at the registration desk we will need you to sign your liability waiver at the con with your legal name. If you used any name other than your legal name for your billing name through ticketspice, bring your ID to registration so we can cross check that your name is correct for liability reasons. We will be checking the forms against our list, and we need to be sure everything matches up. Thank you!

We are also being mindful to our friends who have a latex allergy by enforcing the following guidelines: No non-chlorinated latex in conspace., Barriers (ex: a towel or sheet) must be used between chlorinated latex and furniture., We request that people restrict their latex-wearing to the time of the Gallery of Living art and only wear [exposed, see point below] latex in the back area (what would be Arbor A) of the Gallery to minimize contamination., We request that people wearing latex wear a non-latex covering (ex: a robe or large overcoat) over their latex while they are walking through conspace.

Sacred Landscapes: The Myriad Paths of Hierophilia

To worship, to embody, to immerse, to emerge: there are many paths through the sacred landscapes of Hierophilia. This class will explore the history and practice of playing with divine themes within the world of hypnokink. We will share tales from antiquity, collaborate to design a custom sigil, invent a sexy new religion, and provide practical examples for one-on-one, group, and solo play. This class is appropriate for a range of experiences, from folks who are merely curious about playing with divine themes to those who are already quite experienced. There will be a guided meditation, the script of which will be made available by the presenter.

This class explores the overlap between predicament play, hypnosis, anticipation, attention, immersive kink, and altered states through the lens of psychological pressure, control, vulnerability, composure, contradiction, and trance.

Together we’ll look at why predicaments can become so psychologically intense, how attention narrows under pressure, how helplessness and control begin overlapping emotionally and mentally, and how hypnosis can deepen and amplify immersive experiences through anticipation, dissociation, recursive awareness, and impossible choices.

Psychologically focused, safety-aware, this class is designed for people fascinated by the emotional and psychological architecture behind hypnokink, predicament play, and altered states.

Asexuality Roundtable

Being on the ace spectrum is a diverse and deeply personal experience worth talking about, especially within the kink community. This roundtable offers a space for asexual, sex-repulsed, and questioning attendees to share perspectives, ask questions, and explore how these identities intersect with kink, intimacy, and hypnosis.

We'll discuss topics such as what asexuality means to each of us, the nuances of attraction and desire when they're not necessarily sexual, navigating scenes as an ace person, and experiences of being sex-positive, sex-neutral, or sex-repulsed. Whether you identify as ace and/or sex-repulsed, are somewhere on the spectrum, or simply want to learn and listen respectfully, you are welcome here!

Remembering to Forget: Exploring Memory Play

HypnoStory and panda

Hypnotic amnesia or memory play is an incredibly versatile and fun tool in hypnokink, and while many hypnokinksters enjoy it, like all hypnotic skills it comes more easily to some than to others. In this demo based class, we'll explore memory play, how it works, and how we can use it in different types of play. We'll explore the collaborative process between hypnotist and hypnotee that HypnoStory has found particularly effective to help develop skills in hypnotic amnesia. Of course we'll also demonstrate some of the fun (and sexy) ways to use hypnotic amnesia in play.

In this class Evelyn Evey will discuss various psychology theories, from Classical Conditioning to Stockholm Syndrome, and how they can apply to what it is that we do in BDSM play. No prior psychology knowledge necessary.

Establishing and Enhancing Context for Hypnosis

This is a presentation defining ""Context"", as it pertains to hypnosis, and why it is important to consider for subject comfort, receptivity, and enjoyment of hypnotic play sessions. Most people know and understand the general structure of a good hypnosis session, but often overlook the greater context surrounding it. In this presentation, ""Context"" is broken down into four elements: the environment; existing social factors; the subject's condition; and finally, the subject's expectations/preconceptions. These contextual elements are explored and discussed critically, before shifting to ways that they can be enhanced for both general and specific hypnotic play sessions.

This is a beginner type class that is appropriate for newcomers as well as experienced hypnotist/tees alike! Especially those that may want to take a step back and learn to use additional contextual elements that they may have been overlooking.

Looking to improve your class, teaching, or presentation skills? Whether you're just starting out or an experienced presenter, this class will cover all the things you need to build an engaging and enjoyable class, regardless of your previous experience.

This class is split into two parts: the first part will cover all the high-level ideas and processes you'll need to brainstorm an idea and refine it into a class, and the second part will explain (and demonstrate!) the skills you'll need to present your ideas effectively.

Welcome to the Masquerade. We welcome all comers to enjoy dressing as they choose to and to be seen how they want to (or you know the best they can with what they got). In alignment with the theme this year at Beguiled we will be incorporating aspects of epic, the musical to the event. The event will be open to all individuals at the convention and hopefully there will be opportunity for memories or just shenanigans.

We have shot 3 presenters into space, and are driving them crazy with the goofiest movies ever made! Ok, not really. Our 3 hosts will, however, be making jokes during a hypno-themed movie. Sit back, relax, enjoy! (Movie TBA. Note: For the purposes of riffing, only the 3 presenters will be making the jokes, otherwise, there's chaos.)

Match with a potential trance (or conversation) partner for a short scene (or conversation). Negotiate, trance, awaken, and check in all in under 10 minutes! Then do it again, and again, and again... Opt out whenever you want by grabbing your card! Return your card to the trance match table when you want back in!

Gallery of Living Art

Fulfill your fantasies! Sate your curiosity! Become a living statue, doll or other art exhibit for the enjoyment of all. You may also help as a museum docent or artwork attendant, and everyone can visit and admire the creations!

Things to note:

The Gallery is an opportunity for you to experience being artwork; admired, potentially interacted with (which interactions happen are 100% determined by you) and on display! Visitors to the event will read the artwork descriptions and engage in whatever interactions are specified. There will be handouts for gallery visitors that state Gallery rules and etiquette.
